I have ate here three times and have been disappointed two of the three times. The flavors are good, the portions are very decent, however the noodle dishes have been way over cooked, broken up, and gelatinous. There is no texture to noodles. Old..over cooked? Not sure, but if that was corrected the quality would be very good. This time it was take out, the other two times were dine in.

What a delicious find. We stopped by on our road trip to California and stopped by for lunch. The food came out quick! Portions are generous, which helps with my 4 teens. Ordered 3 dishes to share. The stir fry each came with a bowl of rice. Ordered cashew chicken, pepper beef, and pad thai. All were delicious. We liked it so much that we ordered take out for dinner to eat once we reach our hotel. Stop by, you won’t regret it.

** Just wanted to add that the take out portions were got were very generous too! ***

Our first time visiting. Jefferson is a quaint little town. Peaceful and quiet. Was surprised to see a Thai restaurant there with such great reviews. So of course we had to stop by. We are originally from Hawaii and very used to eating at Thai restaurants. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and she promptly brought us our Waters And menu And was very attentive to us throughout the meal. I decided to try the volcano chicken because I’ve never had that at a Thai restaurant before. It was pretty good. There’s spicy heat is done on the scale of 1 to 5. I ordered two but since it has a sweet and spicy sauce I probably could have ordered a three or four so that the spicy and sweet would balance out better. The crispy fried Chicken was very light batter, and not heavy and not too crunchy. The carrots and especially the broccoli were so fresh and bright colors. Not like something that’s been cooked days ago and turning pale. The broccoli was not overcooked and not undercooked. It was just perfect. My wife had the evil Prince and she said it was really good with enough heat that she was sniffling right off the bat. That’s usually how we like the heat. And it was only a two. The spring rolls were tasty but I usually like It crispier. But I have to say the papaya salad was the absolute best I’ve ever had of any Thai place I’ve been to. It was so fresh and not loaded with fish sauce, I could eat that everyday. And the portion of everything was generous. The rice was good but We are rice snobs LOL. Jasmine rice would have been better for us. I really prefer Thai sticky rice, but every place I’ve been to here in Oregon serves it in a Ziploc bag and I just don’t get why and don’t like it like that. I’m not sure how they do their sticky rice cuz I was afraid it might come in a ziplock bag. So I don’t know how it comes so I really can’t review that. I would definitely come back again and maybe try the Panang at a number 3 heat. My wife did mention that she liked that the tofu looked like it was fried first which she really likes and lots of veggies.. There was so much food we couldn’t finish So they gave us some takeout boxes to put it in. The prices were extremely reasonable and quite a few dollars less than other places we’ve been to. The phone was ringing with takeout orders as soon as they opened. We will be back when my parents come visit. They love fresh Thai food as well.

Visiting from out of state, staying a nearby Airbnb, & decided to support local. It sounded good just based on the reviews.
BEST ORANGE CHICKEN EVER!! Picky husband was thrilled – the sauce wasn’t too thick or sweet, the plentiful portion of chicken was incredibly tender, & the breading was flaky & crusty, even when sauced! The veggies were beautifully presented as well.
The Pad Thai was very tasty as well, serving was more than enough for 2 meals! Again, the sauce was just right, chicken was good, & nice balance of veggies.
As we waited for our food, there was a steady stream of locals coming for takeout, which is always a good sign.
Our waitress Nora was delightful, friendly, & we enjoyed laughing with her as we checked out. The owner thanked us as we left the restaurant, & as we drove away, he was outside & waved us goodbye!
I told Nora I wanted the recipe for the chicken & she said she gives it out to customers… after their 10th visit! Since I’m from out of state, she gave me “3 credits”. So now I just have to order 7 more times in the next 4 days, which tbh wouldn’t make sad!
Delicious food, sweet people, nice atmosphere. What are you waiting for??

Excellent tasting food! We went twice in a 3 day period. First time we ordered Orange Chicken and Volcanoe Chicken, and both entrees were Delicious!! Large servings, enough to take home for leftovers! The next visit we had Orange Shrimp and Crispy Cashew Chicken, and again the food was delicious and plentiful. TTTR is a welcome addition to the town of Jefferson! Looking forward to trying more delicious dishes in the not to distant future. The atmosphere is simple, but the service is fast and friendly!! Update; Been since they opened, and we have never had a bad meals!! We highly recommend this restaurant to Everyone!!

The food is absolutely amazingly delicious! I’m a Thai snob and this place blew me out of the water! We had 3 items, pics below. We asked for Thai fish sauce and chilies and we got their homemade sauce…OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Service was top notch & Nora was incredible!! This place is my go to Thai from now on!!!

This is the first curry I have been unable to finish, being that it was so chock full of super tender chicken, perfectly cooked vegetables, and wonderfully spicy curry.

I also ordered the orange chicken, which was other-worldly in all aspects. The chicken was so incredibly tender, the breading was light, and even tasted great later.

The folks who own this place care about the quality of the food. They’re super friendly and inviting.

Thanks for eats!
