Three months after my first review, my opinion is still 5-stars. I have today added two photos of food catered to our house for a party. The humans have had faces blurred to protect their identity. Everyone was extremely happy with the food. This is the second catering event we have had filled by Tawa Tandoor, both excellent If you crave Indian and/or Nepalese food Tawa Tandoor is the place to go. Outstanding!!!

This place is a hidden gem! Hidden in plain sight that is! If you’ve never been, Go!!! If you’ve never had Indian food they are great at helping you find a dish and they cater to you preferred level of heat ranging from no heat to lots of heat! The food is amazing, fresh and DELICIOUS!

This is hands down some of the best food I’ve had since moving to new england. We ordered the samosas, butter chicken , the chicken tikka masala and a few other appetizers. The guys behind the counter were super friendly and fast to prepare our order to go. The spice and flavor was great! We will be returning.

Had the chicken momo and lamb curry for lunch. Food was absolutely marvelous. What wasn’t as marvelous was the service. We needed an extra minute to order our food and the server didn’t come back for another 15 minutes. Mind you, we were the only table seated for lunch. If you want good food, this is definitely a good place for it. However, I recommend getting it to go.

Amazing for takeout. Really flavorful food. We tried the Paneer Masala and Channa Masala. I asked for “hot” and the spice was perfect! I noticed that have a buffet set up but not sure if that’s open during covid. Really delicious. I will definitely visit again.

Horrible. We selected a variety of dishes and didn’t like any of them. Chicken was extremely dry and over cooked. The place looks like a dive. Random appliances out on the restaurant floor. Old couches/chairs in the waiting area. Not understanding the ratings it has at all.

Great authentic food, reasonably priced, highly recommend the garlic Naan! Vegetable chauchau and Tawa special mixed veg. palung for entrees with plenty to take home.
