I have been eating here several times per month for a couple of years now. I never tried anything I wouldn’t order again. It all really has been delicious. A regular order of mine is three cheese enchiladas with guajillo sauce and topped with 2 over-easy eggs. The charro beans are great and the chips and salsa are awesome, too. The owner and staff are friendly and remember you. Go get some!

Delicious – everyone cleared their plate here without any complaints. We had the burrito, street tacos and fajita plate. Everything was delicious and the tortillas were homemade which is a huge plus in my book. Service was friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Absolutely love this neighborhood restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful…always a delight. The food is delicious, and there are lots of options to choose from on this amazing menu. We recently moved to the area and are thrilled to have found our new fave local Mexican Restaurant. The salsa is scrumptious. Really love the chicken mole enchiladas, and also just discovered the spinach + chicken quesadillas for another win. They have a patio which I’m sure is lots of fun at night, and a fun bar complete with TV’s. Perfect for watching the occasional sports event. Overall a great atmosphere and food.

This was our first time at Tavo’s Mexican Grill, and it was a great experience! The service was top-notch — our server was so attentive and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. The chips and salsa were fantastic, and the staff didn’t miss a beat, refilling trays and drinks before we even had to ask.
The menu offers a great variety of inviting dishes, from seafood to fajitas. I ordered the carnitas tacos, which weren’t exactly what I expected, but the presentation and guacamole were excellent. We also tried their desserts, and they were delicious!

We were out and about checking out some potential houses to buy in the area and needed a spot to take a break and chat.
I’m so glad we found this spot. It wasn’t loud. Plenty of seating the waitress was very nice and attentive. The manager made a few rounds to make sure everyone was doing great.
The food was flavorful and didn’t feel cheap or rushed. The margaritas had good flavor and just enough to make you relax. Prices were fair, the bathroom was clean, and the atmosphere gave good vibes. I’d like to see this place on a busy Friday night.
Truly a hidden gem and more than worth a trip. We will definitely be back!

The place was packed on a Friday night. It’s a small restaurant so it looked really packed. I ordered the seafood enchiladas and they were amazing!! Service was good. The only issue for me was that they have a grilling area in the middle of the seating area and it filled the restaurant with smoke and what ever spicy item they were cooking, it was in the air. It was loud and the music was too high, we had to speak pretty loud. Food is good and it’s a bit pricey for a Mexican restaurant.
