Il ristorante gestito dal 2007 dai due cugini Rosario e Salvatore dove, oltre ai piatti della tradizione partenopea, rivisitati negli accostamenti e nelle presentazioni, potrete gustare vini pregiati e assaporare specialità di carni, nazionali e internazionali, servite su pietre ollari e pietre di sale rosa dell’Himalaya. Qui tutto è scelto con cura, a partire dalle materie prime, spesso a km zero e appartenenti ai presidi Slow Food (prodotti rari ed eccellenti), con cui lo chef Rosario Morra prepara ogni giorno piatti raffinati e prelibati.

The taste of the baobab was a very nice intro to an amazing evening. We came from Naples in a 30-minute drive and every second was worth it. From being seated to being helped with getting a taxi to get back to Naples the hospitality was amazing. The food itself was orgasmic. Especially the starters and desserts were amazing.
