This is arguably the best pizza in Bellevue, BUT they need to peel their pepperoni.
To their credit, they use cup pepperoni which is (the best pepperoni imo) typically naturally cased. Cooking it with the casing is what makes it form a cup. Their cup pepperoni is cased in plastic. Which is why it blisters and melts into white acrid tasting circles on the cups. Any pepperoni isn’t exposed to the full heat of the oven simply remains a strip of intact plastic which you then eat. (Both shown in picture below.) Regardless, you’re eating plastic.
In my past I managed a region of chain restaurants that sliced its own meats daily. If we didn’t uncase the pepperoni before we sold it, we would get food safety inspections in response.
Maybe pick a different cup pepperoni? Or just peel the stuff you have before slicing if you slice it yourselves.

I recently hosted my friends here for lunch for the first time and this place is AWESOME! They served the BEST pizza that I have ever had!! Everyone was extremely satisfied and happy with their meals. Our server, Ashley was so WONDERFUL!! She was so kind, helpful, and patient with our group. We had a great time there! I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be coming back.

Since moving to Bellevue, my girlfriend and I started eating at Tavern Pizza quite regularly. This place has a lively atmosphere. All kinds of different theme nights. Live music. A bunch of board games you csn just pick up snd play. It’s pretty sweet. We Recently we got their “Chicago style” Pizza. Literally one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend this place.

Had pizza there the other day. The pizza was fairly mediocre nothing to get too angry about.
Atmosphere was a pizza place, there seemed to be lots of empty places to sit. I tried to order a dangerous amount of pizza, but was not able to complete the pizza no matter how slow I went.

Went for the first spelling bee. Lots of fun. Service was good. Clean bar and eatery. Not overwhelmed by the pizza. Strong drink that I couldn’t finish but some would like. Friendly staff.

I came in one night to order a calzone to go and everyone working the counter was super nice.
I have had a few Buffalo chicken calzones here. I love the filling, there is the right amount of cheese, and a great hit of spice. The only thing I keep forgetting is that it has bacon in it and I don’t prefer bacon, but it doesn’t take away from the deliciousness of the food. Definitely check this place out, they have plenty of pizza and other options.

Excellent pizza. The staff, whether it be delivery or dine-in, are always so friendly. The buffalo chicken wrap is a favorite, and the house made chips (WHAT IS IN THAT SEASONING!) are delicious.
