On October 25th 2025, my wife and I stopped for dinner on our way back to NYC from a long road trip. We mainly just needed to get out of the car after seven hours of driving because traffic was building up.
There was a slight hiccup when we were first seated, as we were out of the server’s line of sight and she didn’t notice us there. But after we got her attention service was swift, accurate, extremely friendly. She explained that the other server had called in sick, so she was unexpectedly covering the whole floor by herself. Given that, she did an incredible job!
The food was not mind-blowing, but was as good or better than expected for this kind of a casual dining spot. The burger was a great burger for its price: Bun didn’t fall apart, was correctly cooked to order (medium rare), you could fit it in your mouth without any of it falling off onto the plate or your lap or your sleeves. It was a touch dry (i.e., no sauce), but I doused it in Cholula the server brought me and I was more than pleased with the result.
This is probably going to turn into our go-to spot to stop and decompress from the start of city-traffic on returns from road trips going forward. Very glad we found it!

Nice little place. Large menu, something for everyone. There are plenty of different crafts beers, all homemake desserts. Prices were good. The service was great. Great place to find on vacation. Very happy

We were in town for a couple days. The front desk clerk recommended the wings here. They were absolutely delicious with chicken falling off the bones. My chef hubby and I loved it. He really liked the Thai chili sauce. We also loved the atmosphere, the futbol theme and scarfs. Seeing those reminded me of my time living in Germany.

Found this place across from my hotel. What an amazing place. I ordered their special of the day, blackened chicken and was amazed that it was cooked the way it should be. Flavor was amazing. No reason not to try it again, so I came back for steak and calamari. Everything is amazing food wise. Very reasonably priced as well. Drinks are plenty. It is a bar atmosphere with amazing food. I have no idea why this place isn’t busier. The staff is fun and friendly as well. Cooks bring their food out to you, met the owner, bartenders were great as well. If you are in the area you must try Tavern On 7.

The prices have gone up substantially at this restaurant. The portion size has definitely decreased as well.
I ordered steak with vegetables. The veggies were just peppers. I have never had only peppers served as a vegetable side.
The food is good, but too expensive. If you are just going to have dinner no special occasion.. I would skip this one.

South Tampa Traveler
I was visiting Connecticut on business and that night the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were on Monday Night Football and I wanted to watch my Buccaneers play. Sadly it didn’t work out well for them but my meal was outstanding and the bartender could not have been any friendlier and nicer to deal with. I arrived at approximately 5:30 just to check the place out and I decided to stay and next thing I know it was 7:00 and kick off. The food was delicious.

I ordered with DoorDash for a delivery. I called the restaurant after my online order to request utensils. The gentleman that answered the phone was very nice and assured me that they send utensils with all orders. When my order arrived, sure enough there were no utensils in the bag ! We are traveling and staying hotel I do not have utensils. My other complaint is that I ordered a fried Barada on a bed of sauce that was served with grilled crusty bread and the bread was placed in the container with the sauce, and when it arrived, it was very soggy! The pasta dish that I ordered has great flavor, but barely filled the bottom of the container. I suggest getting smaller containers so it looks full or adding a little more pasta.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon around 3. (We just missed brunch which is from 12 to 3) i ordered a pulled pork sandwich that came with coleslaw on it( if you dont like coleslaw as for it in the side ) with a side your choice. They have alot of options to choose from i got sweet potatoe fries. Afterwards i looked at the desert menu and orders a cappuccino and creme brulee. It was super tasey. And the waitress melissa was very down to earth an on point. I would def go here again next time we will try the Brunch!
