We visited with family who are longtime locals and said that Tavern 95 was a must. They were absolutely right. The menu has a large variety which made it hard to narrow down our choices. Everything is made fresh and flavorful. And the service was the best!

The portions were small for the price. It was tasty bordering amazing. Was till hungry after eating whole meal and a side. The tacos had little in them. And the burger was like a McD size. Tasted good though l. Not sure I’ll go pback . The host was super attentive. I ordered take out, he was the only interaction I had.

When you first walk into Tavern 95, it has a good feel to it, good bones. Greeted promptly and seated. The waitress was quick to respond with our utensils and water and speak about the specials that day. She brought our drinks and then promptly took our order. The food arrived within 3 to 5 minutes later. Hot and smelling delicious; it tasted even better! We are definitely going back and bringing our family members with us to enjoy this awesome Locals Place. Don’t miss it when you’re in Lake Havasu!

Great experience! Food was excellent and service once we were seated was great. We had to wait quite a bit to be seated and other groups came in after and got seated which was weird. Nonetheless, our server Tricia was amazing. Super attentive and kind. Great time overall!

Visiting Lake Havasu, saw the reviews & decided to try Tavern 95. Sat at bar & while a bit busy, service was great. Ordered chicken fingers & pretzel bites / fondue appetizer. Everything tasted great. Will definitely stop by again next time in the area. Special shout out to Taara – makes a great Smoked Old Fashion.

Tavern 95 is one of those places that just keeps getting better every time I go. Over the last two and a half years, I’ve been here around six times, and each visit has been better than the last. The food is consistently great—I’ve had their ribs, burgers, chicken strips, fries, black and tans, and fish and chips, and every single item has been cooked just right. Flavorful, hot, and satisfying.
I’m a guy who really likes his food, and the portion sizes here never leave me disappointed. Prices are fair, and the value is definitely there.
What I really appreciate is the location. It’s tucked away on the south side of town, a little off the main drag, which makes it feel like a hidden gem. It’s not overrun with tourists or traffic, and it’s absolutely worth the drive.
They’ve done a beautiful job remodeling the outdoor patio—it’s honestly one of the best spots in town to sit, relax, and enjoy a meal with a sunset view over the lake. I took my mom here for a late birthday dinner, and the whole experience was just peaceful and special.
The vibe inside is lively—it can get a bit loud at the bar, but it’s a bar, that’s part of the charm. The whole place is always clean and full of people who just seem to be in a good mood. That good energy really makes a difference.
I did try takeout once, and it wasn’t quite the same as dining in—the order was off and didn’t hit the mark—but honestly, it hasn’t stopped me from coming back. I just stick to eating there now, and it’s always been worth it.

Dog friendly patio. Our server Cody was hospitable, friendly, and attentive. Food was good, never know what to expect on the road. Cod blackened tacos were really good, yummy corn tortilla, spicy condiment, peppers, cilantro served with a very hot roasted jalapeño. House chips were so good!! Hummus with a kick served with pita and veggies was better than expected. Dog burgers, just a plain patty was $6.95.

Came in on a busy night luckily there was seating at the bar. I had their broasted chicken and man lemme tell ya, it was phenomenal. Being from the southeast its rare i get impressed with fried chicken out but theirs was impressive. My friend had the meatloaf which looked great and he had zero complaints also another friend had the flatbread pizza which she said was ok. Service was on point despite them being really busy. Overall it was excellent and Ill definitely be back.

It was an amazing experience, TJ was our server. He was outstanding, great recommendations,super friendly. My filet was outstanding, chefs kiss to the cook! Perfectly done the whole meal was awesome. Glad we came all the way from Massachusetts I definitely recommend the pastrami fries!
