Impeccably prepared and presented dishes. Salmon truly cooked to perfection, crisp outside and very moist inside. The beet salad was a delightful mélange of mixed greens, beets, apples and seasonal squash. The crème brulee was exceptional. Even the coffee was delicious.

I’ve been to Tavern 519 several times and I always leave full and satisfied. They don’t have a large menu exactly, but they have various options and always offer specials so you have a lot of choices to pick from.
Their pizzas are great and some are really creative. I’ve enjoyed burgers and other entrees. The poutine is one of my favorite things there. It’s so rich and luxurious it should be a crime. Their portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The service has always been very friendly and accommodating.
Today I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and my wife had the Fried Chicken sandwich (sans bun). Both were delicious. This place is in the middle of nowhere, but it is worth the trip!

Another great meal at Tavern 519. We ordered the fish and chips special and the pork chop—everything was delicious, but the pork chop was hands down my favorite. Truly the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back for another one!
The service was excellent, and I really appreciated them accommodating my request to sit in the back near the kitchen, where it was a bit quieter. A wonderful experience all around.

If you get two things; get the French fry poutine with mushrooms, cheese curds, short rib and gravy as a starter (enough for 2-4 people) and then, get the pork chop (cooked medium) with sweet potato and apple hash with sautéed Brussel sprouts. When you go back, you’ll certainly get it again. It’s that good, and ask for Laura to be your server.

We stepped in around 6 pm and were met with a lively atmosphere. To start we got a seasonal cocktail (too pricey in my opinion) and a beer. For appetizer, we got the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza (9/10) possibly the best bar pizza ever. Our main course was the Black & Blue burger as well as the Short Rib. Neither entrees disappointed and the prices for the food were reasonable. For dessert we got the crème brûlée and absolutely LOVED it.
Our only complain is $16 for one cocktail is insane — especially at a tavern where drinks are like the whole point.
Ontop of the food being sooo delicious our waitress was the best. Our experience was overall amazing and we enjoyed our meals.
We will definitely be back and totally recommend this place!!

Another great dinner at the tavern. Ordered take out and everything is just as good as if I were eating there. Ordered the salmon and it was cooked perfected. Everything was seasoned beautifully and the sauce complimented everything so well.

Great tavern and worth the trip. I had the blackened bacon blue cheese burger and it was delicious! Cooked perfectly medium rare. The special cream of mushroom soup was incredible! We also had a cauliflower crust white pizza. Again, very good. The wings were great! Everything came out hot. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and helped us with the menu. I saw the salads and they looked good. So did the steak. Make a reservation! We got lucky and they could fit us in. Beer menu matched my taste with local brewery Lone Eagle – both Amber and Ipa on tap. I’ll be back l!!

I’ll start off with why my review isn’t 5*s. When making a reservation we were told we were limited to 90 minutes to ensure the experience for others is enjoyable. This shouldn’t be something said at a restaurant that’s a la carte. I understand an all you can eat. This gave us a feeling like we were rushing to order and eat. We spent an hour and ten minutes at tavern 519 whole other tables were there for much longer. I suggest you have servers tell tables when they are overstaying that you have other reservations and you need them to start wrapping up like majority of other restaurants.
The booths need some TLC, as the backs are flimsy and we spent the entire meal feeling like we were rocking as the couple behind us kept pushing the back of the booth seat into us.
The reason why it deserves 5*s: The food was phenomenal. The pork chop is to die for. The wings are amazing. The tots are amazing. The server was great! She was friendly and helpful.

Walking into this place during the holidays felt like a hallmark movie or holiday Netflix movie! It had cute decor and the staff were so friendly. We are not regulars or local at this place (there were alot of regulars there) but they made us feel so welcome. The food is amazing. Gourmet style menu with truffle fries, garlic butter , and decent options on a variety of items. The white shroom arugula pizza was delish as well as everything we ordered. Would definitely visit again.

The staff/service was on point. I love there was always water available. The food was great- it was fresh, and flavorful. Whenever in the area again we would go back. We had fish taco which had a nice portion of fish, burger was thick and juicy, and steak cooked as asked and potatoes were really good. The tots with short rib were my favorite.
