I don’t recommend this venue because they source a lot of their food from Israeli settlements in Israel.
For ethically conscious consumers, I think it would be important for them to know this information. That’s why I’m leaving this review.
It is essentially on Israeli Café. The owners are from there, and despite the awful violence have not made any condemnations.
Beside that the interior is very nice almost like a museum. But the prices are quite high. The place does not have enough physical space it gets very crowded feeling and the portion sizes are very small.

Good food, large location, and clean. The Kouign-Amman was a little dry, but my eggs were poached perfectly, and I’m told the grilled cheese was tasty. Great sourdough.

The food here is consistently top notch, as well as the people who work there. Tatte is my go to place to meet up with friends and to bring people to if they have never been. You must experience how wonderful Tatte is for yourself. From the fresh pastries, both savory and sweet, to their meal offerings, desserts, teas, coffees and more, I’m so happy Tatte is here!

My order was delivered today, and it was in terrible condition.
Coffee spilled from the cup and everything became wet. I never drank my coffee, my mood was very spoiled, although I go to this cafe often.

Really great food, atmosphere, and service! AC is too cold in general and most foods are over priced. The turkey avocado sandwich I had was super yum but had a big bread to content ratio.

This was a very mixed experience. The staff at the pastry counter were lovely and the pistachio latte was delicious. I ordered a breakfast sandwich to go and it took over 30 minutes for it to be ready. The to-go staff assured me they were working on it but breakfast after breakfast kept being sent out to dine in patrons who arrived far after me. Finally they seemed to realize that they had packed my food in someone else’s to-go bag. There was no apology, no explanation, just a cold sandwich and a shrug. I probably won’t come back, but I recommend you opt for dine in or avoid the hot food altogether if you try it.

Great food, pastry, and drinks! Our party got 2 pastries, a chocolate and a almond croissant and both were delicious. We all had something different and shared the hot entrays and they were all great and would order any of the again. The lattes were perfect a great mix. Would definitely recommend Tatte Bakery and cafe!!

Love the Arlington location – incredible to see the transformation (as a local). Staff were courteous and kind. They apologized for making us wait for the kitchen food, but it wasn’t an abhorrent wait time in the slightest. Calming ambiance, even with many customers.

I’m so so glad Arlington has a Tatte location, and I’m even more happy that this one didn’t disappoint! I ordered the roasted salmon burger and it was everything I was expecting and more. Crispy bun on the outside, juicy salmon with a nice herb mayo sauce on the inside. It was very crowded around the time I entered (noon), but it’s expected as it is their opening weekend.

I have been to several of Tatte’s locations and have never had a major complaint. Today when ordering a sandwich, I requested a side of a sauce and was told that they were unable to accommodate me. It was unclear whether or not this was the employees decision or a company policy, I understand they are not a deli and do not do made to order sandwiches but this seemed like a pretty easy request to fulfill. I will no longer be giving Tatte my business after this poor experience, I would recommend kickstand Cafe and Gail Ann‘s coffee shop as good local alternatives to people looking for breakfast or lunch in the neighborhood.
