We love coming here for their tonkotsu ramen. It’s garlicky, rich, and full of umami, perfect for a cold day.
The chicken skewers are juicy and crispy on the outside, and the DU Bomb appetizer loaded with spicy tuna and crab meat is a must-try.

The Shoyu Tonkotsu is my favorite and I love getting it when I come here. Today we added the Mango Sushi Roll as an appetizer and it was delish. Our server was friendly & service was fast!

If you’re in the DU area, I feel Tatsu is a must try! The food was great, everyone enjoyed what they got. My kimchi ramen was killer! It’s not a large place and it was filling up quickly during our visit. Looking forward to heading back when in the area!

Tatsu is our favorite Japanese restaurant in Denver. Everything about it is welcoming, the atmosphere and the service is very friendly and attentive. The menu has a wide variety to choose from, including ramen and sushi. But we usually go back to our favorites, such as the pork & chicken gyoza appetizer. This is so yummy, we joke that could make our meal from several orders of these! Other go to favorites are the Chicken Katsu Curry, Chicken Katsudon, and the Fried Rice. These are truly comfort meals, in a cozy atmosphere. Nice selection of alcohol beverages too. We come here often, and love bringing friends from out of town. It never disappoints!

This is my favorite ramen spot in all of Denver! I don’t even live in this side of the city anymore but I still will travel to hit it up. Literally everything you order is good from the ramen, to dumplings, to sushi, etc. The staff is also kind and knowledgeable. I went on Monday and the waitress didn’t even have to write down our order even though there were 4 of us. My bird brain could never! Love it here!

Had the poke, tonkodi(?) sushi roll, and yakisoba noodles with shrimp. Sushi was pretty good, id get it again, the noodles were good, though i felt they could have been a bit more flavorful. Probably able to remdiate that with stuff from home.
The poke was not very good, not spicy at all for one, and just generally lame, not enough fish, low quality lettuce put in it. Also they gave us some free miso soup bowls with our order but didnt really like those.
Little expensive for what you get, though maybe i wouldnt say that if i liked the food more.

Great atmosphere and service here. I got the spicy miso ramen with chasu and it was quite satisfying spicy! Place as a welcoming atmosphere, the only thing I would say that was not up to par was the small awkward paring lot, so small for all the businesses in that area.

I got the miso Ramen chicken soup.
It was pretty tasty, the broth was very hardy, the portions were perfect, and the rice noodles that I had added were great.
I was pleased with the carryout service provided to me by one of the employees. It was very warm and he had a smile.
When I picked up my food at the place was packed, so I can only assume it was for good reasons

We were staying in Cherry Creek and looked up Ramen places. Even though there were some nearer to our hotel, I looked up reviews and this place was highly recommended. We all ordered the Tonkatsu ramen and we all loved it! The pork had a lovely grill flavor and the egg was perfect because it wasn’t to soy-saucy marinated. The noodles were classic and the bowl was huge! Service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with both the food and service. We tried the Tonkotsu ramen, chicken karaage, and a selection of rolls, all of which were exceptional.
I opted for rice noodles as a gluten-free alternative for the ramen, and they were superb—much better in texture than many other gluten-free noodles, which can often be quite hard. Overall, everything was delicious.
