Very good! I got the buffalo potatoes. Fairly large tater with a great amount of topping. Hubby got the cordon blue tater say it was ok, not a fan of the cheese sauce would go with shredded cheese next time. People are friendly the cashier explained everything very well. Would come back again.

Oh my gosh, this cute little shack has quality service and excellent food! I love the fact that all the order choices come with the baked potato and margarine. If you don’t like margarine, you can’t really taste the regular order’s worth of it. You can always ask for extra!! The next thing I love is that, like any amazing place, have shirts and sweatshirts you can buy in the shack. The shirts say hilarious things printed on them. The words on the clothing items even made my grandma laugh!! I mean, making my grandma laugh isn’t that hard, but I bet I can make many more people laugh. The Tater Shack is a nice, little Southern place that gives you someplace a little less fancy to go to for a change.

Goodness, I am not sure what to rate this place, but here is my review. I have truly stepped into the past, where overalls and ball caps are the norm and folks speak really interestingly. But, all that said, I have NEVER seen such gigantic potatoes. Now, when I say they come loaded, I mean they come L-O-A-D-E-D. AND, perfectly cooked, too! For only $6 and change, my potato was unbelievable. (See my videos) Well, it’s getting colder and it deserves to be devoured as much as I possibly can…Yum!

Found this place on accident, some of the best food I’ve had has come from “hole in the wall”, “mom & pop” restaurants. This place was the great. Great service & even better food. Good wasn’t overpriced either, compared to everyone else now days.

The Taters are delicious. We enjoy them regularly. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the bacon bits. My preference is real bacon crushed up. But, I will say theirs taste pretty good and that won’t stop me from eating there often.

Name a food you like. They probably have it in a potato at this place. I like chicken teriyaki, and they had a chicken teriyaki potato. Others in my group got chili potatoes, chicken Parm, etc. The potatoes were good and big.
