For authentic French pastries and much, I strongly suggest stoping by! Without a doubt, this is the best hidden gem of Jacksonville! It’s so amazing to have such a talented chef/baker available in such a small town. It’s a blessing to get to experience all of his masterpieces! Everything on his menu is delicious; nothing bad! The escargot is especially my favorite, I’ve never found anyone able to duplicate it!!

I go to their food truck every Wednesday on MCAS New River. They are, simply put, outstanding in every way. The food quality, quantity, and variety is perfect. The owners are sweet, gentle, and very polite. The service is faster than I thought possible for that quality of food. Very clean truck, 100.0% health rating posted.

Oh the French Shuttle of Delights, I can’t say enough positive things about TaTaJo! Not only are the owners just amazing, so is their food! Whether you’re getting a crepe, a smash sandwich, or any of their tasty pastries…you won’t be let down. I personally go most of the time for their chocolate croissants. They offer some gluten free options, though those who have major issues with cross contamination with GF products shouldn’t partake. They can make vegan croissants by the dozen if you special request it. Super friendly staff, you won’t be disappointed!

We had some pastries at the Farmers Market today and they were all delicious!! We tried 5 different kinds of pastries. Some with lemon, apple cream filling, chocolate croissant, and my personal favorite crème brulee! So amazing! Even my picky eater little ones ate and enjoyed these treats! We will definitely be going again to Tata Jo’s!!
