Tasty Junction is the culmination of my dreams to continue my family’s legacy of serving delicious traditional cooking. After majoring in Nutritional Science, I reestablished Elyssia’s Kitchen dumpling house and added 2 new stalls serving Japanese fluffy souffle pancakes (Cloud Cake) as well as a Korean style cafe (Cafe Pikunikku) with locally roasted coffee, fresh fruit drinks, pastries, and korean sandos.

The food here is amazing! I came for my birthday and fell in love! So we came back for Valentine’s Day! It’s super easy to order and pay via a QR code, there is a special instructions section if you want to customize. One of the owners always seems to walk around checking in on all of the guests ensuring satisfaction and a personal touch. I’d be here weekly if it were closer. If you are in the area it is a MUST!

On Nov 14th I was driving home to NYC after a solo road trip and along the route I found Tasty Junction on google maps and decided to pull up and eat here. Ordering here was super easy. Simply seat yourself anywhere you like and scan the QR code on the table to order and pay for anything you want. I ordered a blueberry lime seltzer, soufflé pancakes with eggs and sausage and shu mai. The pancakes were big, fluffy and soft, with a milky/creamy taste to it. The shumais came with 6 huge pieces, loaded with a lot of pork and diced shiitake mushrooms. I will definitely come back to eat if I pass by on my solo road trips again!

I really like the concept of this place. It’s essentially like a mini food court where you can order from several different mini “restaurants”. There is a wide variety of what you can get from souffle pancakes to bulgogi to dumplings. We started out with some pork belly bao which was definitely the highlight of the meal; great flavors! We also ordered the bulgogi and some chicken + corn potstickers but those two fell a bit short for me. I felt the bulgogi was way too oily and the beef too chewy while the potstickers lacked flavor.
I think this place really has a lot of potential if they can just nail some of the flavors a bit better!

Really enjoyed my visit to Tasty Junction! The brunch options were great, especially the bacon, egg, and cheese scallion – so good! The passion fruit lemonade was delicious too. The bulgogi could use a bit more flavor, but overall, I loved the variety of options. Definitely worth checking out!

Everything was very good! Got the Ube universe, smoked salmon with avocado, and coffee whipped cream with vanilla ice cream and Oreo souffle pancakes as well as an iced strawberry matcha and iced Ube latte. Attached is also their most updated menu because they do not have an online menu available.

Part of me doesn’t want to write this review because I really want to gatekeep this place for myself so it doesn’t get TOO crowded But at the same time, Elyssia deserves ALL of the business! This place is amazing. The food is consistently delicious, no matter what I’ve ordered, and Elyssia herself is an absolute sweetheart. Some of my favorites are the Korean beef bao buns, the mushroom bao buns, the Thai chili basil beef, and the Nutella smores dumplings. If they have the ube tiramisu, GET IT, Elyssia’s mom makes it and it’s delicious! I’m planning on coming back many times and working my way through the menu!

It was such a pleasure to meet Elyssia and enjoy her delicious, savory, and fresh entrees. We got the black sesame souflee and ube pancakes which were amazing. We enjoyed steamed and pan roasted dumplings, shumai, matcha coffee, baos, and complimentary tiramisu. This place is such a gem, perfect amount of sugar, no oil or msg, and great portions for the price. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This is my new favorite place. I got the beef scallion pancakes and bulgogi dumplings. There are sooo many great options on the menu it’s hard to pick what to get. Service was really nice too and it’s super cute inside. 10/10

I liked the variety of choices since there’s 3 eateries in one location.
The souffle pancakes really were great, soft but not too underdone. I would order those again.
The dumplings also hit the spot, and of the plates we ordered the pan fried ones (pork & chives) were my favorite.

I’m absolutely OBSESSED with Tasty Junction!! I first came here after hearing about their amazing souffle pancakes, and I immediately fell in love with this cute eatery. They have an expansive menu of small appetizers, dumplings, mains, desserts, and coffees, and there is truly nothing on their menu that disappoints. The staff is incredibly friendly and I love the setup that they have as well. This is a place that I definitely recommend and will always be one of my favorites. (I included pictures of the Kimchi Pork Potstickers, Cinnamon Coffee Bingsu, Matcha and Ube Espresso, and Souffle Pancakes)
