Quality:
The chicken and lamb was decent. Nothing particularly stood out to me..seasoned fine, didn’t taste weird or anything..didn’t taste insanely great either
Price: reasonable $16 which includes the tax for this plate. Little on the higher side.
Quantity: a very thin layer of meat and almost all rice.. the meat was very sparingly placed at the top with very little for the price you’re paying.. double meet at Chipotle it going to be more filling.
Sauces: (most important part) white sauce was decent, no real strong flavor , pretty bland bot weird tasting or anything but bland and rather flavorless..
Red sauce: EXTREMELY MILD…very disappointing. Almost like watered down tomatoe sauce.. this made me change my review to 1 star.. this practically ruined the dish for me…
Background on me… Growing up in Yonkers and lived there for 30 years eating the office halal guys in NYC, adels, Midas, Sharma king, etc.,.. I have an extremely high bar set and this misses it by a mile..

Lamb over rice is spicy and delicious I can’t stop eating it. Probably my favorite food in Morrisville right now. Samosa is excellent and everything is always consistent the kebabs are spicy and fantastic as well. Love the fries too. Literally everything here is fantastic and the value is wonderful

I finally got to try Tasty Halal Food after a recommendation—and I fell in love! Great tasting food, no issues, good service, and excellent value for the price. Authentic taste. Was in Raleigh for a concert and checked out this Halal cart on the way home. We like to check out any local halal and have tried it not only from Manhattan but charlotte, high point, Winston Salem and concord. This cart was really good and they had great service. I got the tikka chicken with rice and salad and Husband got a combo plate with extra rice, and a seekh skewer and all was really good. Def recommend this cart.

Highly recommend the Lamb gyro over rice! As a south Asian, I loved the hot spicy red sauce. However the white sauce seemed like it was mayo based and I didn’t prefer it much as I like it to be yoghurt based. We are big foodies and know our food haha! But the lamb gyro is phenomenal, will go back again and again for this. You can also take the chicken and lamb combo. Also their food portion is 100/10! They give soo much of food
