In chinese cooking, you need to have some「鑊氣」. It is the strength or intensity of heat produced when cooking in a wok, for the purpose of bringing out more flavour from the food.
I like the food they cook, since I can’t do it at home.
星州炒米粉 Singapore Style Stir-Fried Rice Noodles is one of my favorites.
They also sale some large food trays which make my house party more easy.
干炒牛河Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Beef is my other favorites.

Small quaint place off 25th street side of Plaza on corner of Central and 25th. Excellent tasting QUALITY food at a VERY AFFORDABLE price for their portion size.
