Service, however, was less consistent. The staff was polite enough, though not particularly attentive. I ordered in English, yet the same server switched to Mandarin when speaking to me. It may have been an honest oversight, but it left me feeling slightly overlooked as a customer. Clear and consistent communication goes a long way, especially in hospitality.
Overall, the restaurant delivers good food, but the service and attention to detail could use improvement. With a little more focus on customer interaction, this place could be truly excellent.
usual dim sum restaurant…Definitely not coming back.
Dim Sum all day! Not too many additives such as sugar,MSG, or salt. Great for people with sensitive tastes! If you like Chinese hot tea …please do order tea! It will give you the day! Fragrant, pretty tea set and only $2.50.
We got inside the resto on 11/26/25 at 12:25 pm and we got our order at 1:15 pm. We did not get a table. After waiting for 30 mins,I told them to cancel the order, that’s when they rushed to pack our orders. They gave us 3 pcs of custard cakes, i guess, to make amend. This is not acceptable to me. The mgt. should consider that To Go orders save the servers effort and time washing dishes/glasses.
I just want the owner to know that this is not a good business practice. I hope that the manager should know how to handle a restaurant.
The dim sum tasted very fresh and we particularly liked the pineapple buns and the spicy wontons. The haim sui gok were also very delicious. They have tea service and that’s a separate charge (as typical). Service is essentially nonexistent but that’s the mark of an authentic place. Overall, a good stop for dim sum in the Chino Hills area.
Although it can get a bit hectic inside the restaurant during its peak lunch hours (11am-1pm), the waiters are still helpful and try their best to get the food out as fast as possible. I always appreciate all the employees there as they’ve all been kind and provided good service.
The dishes here are authentic and really tasty. I have been here a few times now and the taste has been consistent each time which is a huge plus. I would recommend getting the egg tarts because they serve Portuguese egg tarts- super thick with the flakiest crust! Other notable items include: siu mai, dumplings, and spicy wontons~

Second time visiting, absolutely there’ll be a third.
We do Love the Food here. I love their Seaweed Shrimp Rolls and their Shrimp Shiu Mai.
