The food here is above average — portions were fair, flavors were traditional, and the dishes came out hot and fresh. I appreciate a place that keeps to the classic way of preparing dim sum, and they seem to take pride in their cooking.

Service, however, was less consistent. The staff was polite enough, though not particularly attentive. I ordered in English, yet the same server switched to Mandarin when speaking to me. It may have been an honest oversight, but it left me feeling slightly overlooked as a customer. Clear and consistent communication goes a long way, especially in hospitality.

Overall, the restaurant delivers good food, but the service and attention to detail could use improvement. With a little more focus on customer interaction, this place could be truly excellent.

The dim sum selection was really limited and the portions were tiny. Service was slow — we had to wait a long time just to get menus. The congee was awful, and the beef tripe was not fresh at all — it smelled and had a strong off taste. They even doesn’t have red vinegar as the
usual dim sum restaurant…Definitely not coming back.

Small restaurant with great tasty dim sum.
Dim Sum all day! Not too many additives such as sugar,MSG, or salt. Great for people with sensitive tastes! If you like Chinese hot tea …please do order tea! It will give you the day! Fragrant, pretty tea set and only $2.50.

This place opens earlier in the morning than other dim sum places here in town, so we ate here a few days ago. The food was decent, but not excellent. In particular, the spring rolls was fried too long and the skin became very thick. Although it’s not the best around town, but the food and services were certainly acceptable.

We ordered 2 ordered of shiu mai, 2 ordered steamed chic feet, order of chicken with sticky rice. I paid $37. We did not get a table because we ordered for to go.
We got inside the resto on 11/26/25 at 12:25 pm and we got our order at 1:15 pm. We did not get a table. After waiting for 30 mins,I told them to cancel the order, that’s when they rushed to pack our orders. They gave us 3 pcs of custard cakes, i guess, to make amend. This is not acceptable to me. The mgt. should consider that To Go orders save the servers effort and time washing dishes/glasses.
I just want the owner to know that this is not a good business practice. I hope that the manager should know how to handle a restaurant.

Family run dim sum spot located in the Daiso complex. Came here with my parents to mix up our dim sum spot, and opted for dine-in around 1pm. We waited for 25 minutes for a table as the place is pretty small and all the tables were already occupied. There’s one large table in the back for big groups, but otherwise this spot is primarily a takeout joint or for small groups. You order via paper and they’ll bring it out as it’s ready. Online ordering is available. There’s a 5% discount if you pay with cash. Credit cards are accepted. Parking available in the lot.

The dim sum tasted very fresh and we particularly liked the pineapple buns and the spicy wontons. The haim sui gok were also very delicious. They have tea service and that’s a separate charge (as typical). Service is essentially nonexistent but that’s the mark of an authentic place. Overall, a good stop for dim sum in the Chino Hills area.

We ate a couple of times. It was alright the first time, food was decent and service was good. We decided to do it again because my son was craving the shrimp rice roll noodle, and this restaurant was the closest to us. We got there around 4:45pm on a Monday. They told us to do takeout, but they changed their mind and let us dine in. It was a big mistake. We should have left. Our food was under-steamed (just luke warm). We were told we cannot order anything else. On top of that, our bills was priced higher than the menu prices. We couldn’t argue because as soon as we placed the order, the order got erased from our phone. Service was bad because they just wanted to rush us so they can go home.

The dim sum here is a little pricier than other spots in Rowland Heights but I think it’s really worth it.

Although it can get a bit hectic inside the restaurant during its peak lunch hours (11am-1pm), the waiters are still helpful and try their best to get the food out as fast as possible. I always appreciate all the employees there as they’ve all been kind and provided good service.

The dishes here are authentic and really tasty. I have been here a few times now and the taste has been consistent each time which is a huge plus. I would recommend getting the egg tarts because they serve Portuguese egg tarts- super thick with the flakiest crust! Other notable items include: siu mai, dumplings, and spicy wontons~

Had a blast there when we dined in. Food is solid, hot, warm and tasty. The service is great. Our server / owner tried their best to accommodate us, being constantly mindful for things like the water in our cups… the beef stew with daikon were sold out but they fixed it fresh for us with a little bit of wait time like 15 minutes which was totally fine.
Second time visiting, absolutely there’ll be a third.
