1st time in on a Monday after 5 pm. It was a very quiet a slow day but we enjoyed. Nice and spacious. The food was cooked very well. The server was attentive and knowledgeable.

We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s graduation here! The food and service were excellent. Honestly, some of the best tasty special sauce we’ve had and we love a good seafood boil. The prices are very good for the market. I wish we would’ve been offered bibs and gloves but we didn’t ask and dug in. The drinks were all great too. We live pretty far away but if we’re ever in the area again, we would definitely return!

Planned a father daughter date with my 7 year old. We were seated. Took extremely long to be even asked what we wanted for drinks. Our server name was written on table cover, they never came to our table. We watched 5 tables atleast be seated and servers went directly to their table to take drink and food orders!! So we both got up to walk out & was told “oh your sprites will be here shortly”. 20 mins waiting on 2 sprites!! This is ridiculous!! We are going to eat Japanese instead!

Dined on a Saturday around 6pm with a party of 7. Seated quickly,. It wasn’t crowded. Our waiter, Kevin was excellent. The tip was added to the bill. The plates included generous portions for a reasonable price. The shrimp were fried well, the sweet potato fries were OK. The onion rings were the frozen kind not fresh.Also tried the lobster soup, it was enjoyable. The catfish plate came with 4 pieces of fried fish but it was a touch greasy but we don’t eat fried food a lot. The pound of shrimp was good but messy. Ask for disposable gloves! For the seafood disher that are not fried, you get to pick your seasoning. Overall, excellent service and not overpriced for what you get. They serve Pepsi products.

We had been waiting for them to open and were surprised when someone said they opened today so we decided to go for dinner. There were a lot of cars in the parking lot so we thought there might be a wait but, we were seated immediately which was nice. The place was very clean and spacious. Our waitress was very nice when she took our order. The menu was good and the prices were reasonable. Here’s where we take a little turn. It took about an hour for us to get our food, the waitress never came to check on us or bring us refills even though our cups were empty. We saw numerous people get up and leave before they got their food because the wait was so long. When we finally got our food, the waitress noticed our cups and said she would bring us refills. Thank goodness because we needed them but also my mom is supposed to drink something with every bite of food due to a medical issue she has. We ate and enjoyed our food. It was hot and seasoned very well. We were about done eating and still no drinks. I asked the waitress when she was walking by and she said ok. We waited and waited. She passed by us a couple more times and still no drinks. I stopped her another time and she said” they didn’t bring your drinks?” I’m not sure who “they” were but, I assured her nobody had brought our drinks and we hadn’t had any refills since we got there. She immediately brought our drinks and then our check.
Nice place, good parking, very good food at reasonable prices but, the service needs some work. It wasn’t packed & there were plenty of floor staff so there was no reason why each table shouldn’t have been attended to in a timely matter or had empty cups.

Why do I rate most restaurants a 5? Because they deserve it.
Tasty Crab House certainly deserves more than a 5. Be prepared to be pampered by a waitress named Tye. She very sweet.
I love the fact that you can choose the spice you want on your seafood and just how spicy it is. I added a half pound of sausage to my shrimp and oh my goodness! The hush puppies are probably the best I have ever eaten.
Next the Cajun fries come out hot and the Cajun seasoning is just puts a little pizzazz to the french fries. Just be careful if they bring the hush puppies and french fries out before the main course because you’ll be tempted to continue to munch, munch and munch.
Aiken is very fortunate to have two of the very best seafood restaurants that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.
The entire staff is very friendly, they love to speak to you, and they will wave.
Certainly with what I experience today you will be very successful and you can count on us coming back again, again, and again.

Took my mother in law out to lunch here today. We had a great time! She enjoyed her crab legs. They really were tasty and I enjoyed my fried catfish basket. Oh and the fried calamari was delicious.Our waiter Rickey was so polite and nice. I will most definitely eat here again.

The wings and fried rice is hit or miss. We ordered Take out annd they gave us these miniature wings that’s hard w. Feathers. Eat in or check your food before you leave! Everything else is good!
