I ordered from this restaurant on Uber eats. I remembered saying to myself keep your money and eat a salad I ordered the seafood boil with 1/2 lb shrimp, sausage, and crab. 1 order of cajun rice and I received a free order of 6 a piece crab rangoon. I appreciate the size of the snow crab legs. That was a plus and the boil was fine but there wasn’t nothing cajun about the rice. As a matter of fact, the meat in it is dry and the rice is not that good and it was $10. The rangoon was fine but I prefer my sweet and sour sauce to be more thick than the watery sauce provided. I’m a bit over restaurants, especially when you spend over $60 on food for one person. I’m eating the salad next time

Evening Google fam, I visited Tasty Crab House in Austell. It was my 1st time ever with my daughters. I explained to the waitress that this was a special outing. My waitress was Akelah ( young lady with a short ponytail) she was NOT a good server. I had to get up from the table and ask ANOTHER waitress for a shell cracker. She ONLY came to the table one time after we ordered and we were on our way out the door! (Done eating)Now you want to frolic to my table. Lol Another waitress saw how frustrated I was because I’m looking around for Akelah during my visit. TRACY(older lady with beautiful lashes ) served tables next to us. She asked was I ready for the check and gave us “to go” cups. I really preferred TRACY. Tips are automatically taken from your bill Akelah needs to give TRACY every cent because TRACY did MORE than Akelah. I was disappointed. If I decide to go back I will MORE selective since tips are taken automatically for dining in. Akelah may need more training on how to multitask multiple tables or maybe she didn’t care because she was going to get a tip anyway ( too much for a horrible server)

My food was so good I enjoyed every oyster and shrimp bag til it was gone!. The atmosphere was welcoming. My waiter was so great I wish I could’ve tipped her more!. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon. Freshly made.. even the sweet tea was perfect!.

I cannot get no rest without getting on here to just mention the lady at the register. I don’t know if she’s the owner however, her attitude is always bad now the bags of seafood balls are good. The waitress is good, but I cannot go anymore here due to the fact that the lady at the register she may be the owner is horrible. She has a nasty ugly Attitude !!! It made me lose my appetite. If they don’t do something about it , it’s going to lose good loyal customers like me. Just go by there and see for urself how she be looking and acting.

RUN! This was my first and will now be my last time ordering from this place! They’ve completely struck out with me! I’m not even a “complainer ” but I HAD to speak up about this. So, their closing time online for Thursday at the Austell location says 10 pm. I placed my pickup order online at 9:30. Strike one, I received a call from the restaurant saying that they were closed but the cook was still going to honor my order and make the food. Im thinking “Thank you but isn’t this what you should be doing anyway since you’re advertising that you’re open & have already accepted payment from me?” I digress but, anyway, Strike 2 was when he told me that I would need to bring my ID and debit card with me to verify since this was my first order! I agreed but I was definitely offended and felt profiled. If you’re that concerned don’t take my money until after you verify. Let’s be completely proactive in stopping this “food theft epidemic “. The final and largest strike came when I pulled up 19 minutes later to a pitch black restaurant, almost all of the workers are sitting outside about to leave and clueless about my order. The manager finally steps out and says “Oh I sent your money back because we’re closed”. I’m like but didn’t you tell me that the food was already being made? So, why is it not available at all? His response was a shoulder shrug and a repeated refund statement. I go back to my car and noticed that they were watching me and waiting for me pull off as if I was gonna go ” Madea” in the parking lot or something! Now I have to wait for what can take up to 2 weeks to receive my $60+ refund. I had already ordered my daughter’s food from somewhere else that night (Thank God) but had used my last couple of dollars in hopes to treat myself only to have this experience. I was LIVID!

The experience was disappointing. We ordered a shrimp pasta that was extremely salty and inedible. The manager told us the dish would be removed from the bill, but in the end we were still charged and only given a $4 discount. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of follow-through was frustrating.

I ordered a pick-up order on UberEats from here. I got 2 headless shrimp bags- one with Tasty Special sauce, mild spice and another headless shrimp bag with garlic butter, mild spice. I thought I’d taken a picture but I guess I didn’t. Those bags were so tiny and lightweight compared to boils I’ve bought from their contender up the street.
The portion size was so little, and to make things worse, the flavor was minimal on both. The garlic butter may as well have just been boiled only with oil added as there was hardly any flavor. My favorite part was the potato in each bag. I feel like if I’d eaten in, maybe the portion size would have been better and they could have fixed the flavor, but we all know when it’s “to-go”, these restaurants sorta do what they want with your food, and I was on a quick break and had to sprint back home. 2 stars.

Tracy was our server and she was so nice! She really was a vibe. We typically go to this location in Douglasville, but this one is much better. We will be back.

Experience was unacceptable! We were provided paper cups for beverages and a CHEAP PLASTIC fork as 1 utensil for our dinner. There was only 3 crab crackers in the entire restaurant, and we were asked to wait on 1 because it was being sanitized.
How do you own a seafood restaurant specializing in shellfish and not have the proper equipment to consume your meal.
