I enjoyed the meal. The personnel can do better in terms of service. Maybe short staffed but I could be wrong. Always rushing to just leave. I still can fathom it took 4 people 13 minutes to refill or replace a soap dispenser. That’s how long I had to wait to wash my hands. I was enjoying myself until that point. Nevertheless, the food option is diverse and taste good. Nice decor as well.

Well I was in town for ONE DAY and came in here was craving oysters so I ordered 1/2 dozen STEAMED ON THE HALF SHELL, when she brought them to me they lukewarm! They were all out of saltine crackers and I had to send them back to be (at least Hot) when they brought them back but NOPE! SMDH

After an Abominable Experience with Papa John’s on Rivers Ave , my daughter and I patronize this restaurant. The atmosphere was tranquil and much needed in comparison to the atrocious experience at the above mentioned pizza place. The workers were attentive, understanding, compassionate and efficient. A much more “inviting and professional atmosphere”.

Or server was excellent. This young lady was very knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted oysters and could not get them at another restaurant across the street. Someone there suggested Tasy Crab. I was so glad they did. My food was fantastic! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. I can’t wait to go back!

Service was just ok. There is a language barrier. Food was just ok. They use a light batter so the food isn’t too heavy with oil/grease. I liked the Montgomery, Alabama location better. It was tastier

If I could give zero stars I would. Got to the restaurant around 8:00, it was only one customer in there. First time seeing it like this. The place had a funny smell so we asked to be moved. I ordered fish and fried okra. After eating one bite I could tell something was wrong. It was greasy and tasted like it was old. I Asked the server if I could get something different. I asked for hush puppies. She came back and said the manager said no. And why don’t I try it with ranch. I don’t even eat Ranch. But why should I have to add something to make it taste better. Poor customer service and management sucks. I’ve never been anywhere that didn’t let you swap out something you didn’t like. This place a literally a ghost town and they don’t want to please the same customers they have.
