We went for lunchtime. I took a picky 82 year old who didn’t understand the menu since it isn’t ‘Merican food, but she scarfed down her 5 butterfly shrimp, saying they were amazing and she’d order again. My pad Thai was flavorful and a huge portion. I ordered an “8” for spicy and it did not disappoint. The chef was doing double duty, cooking and seating people, taking orders. He’s very pleasant and kind. Highly recommend!

A friend brought me here last night because he says it’s the best Thai food in Omaha. He was so right! We got the orange curry and pineapple fried rice, and oh my God….*chef’s kiss*. The pineapple fried rice was served in what I can only describe as a carved out pineapple canoe, which was a truly charming touch. We spent some time talking to the owner, who is so personable and friendly. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!

I stopped in right when the opened at 5 to get a to-go order, and it was ready very quickly. There are about a dozen tables inside, so it’s not huge, but it’s a nice atmosphere inside. Service was very friendly as well. We got Thai fried rice, yellow curry, and pad Thai. All were VERY good and plenty of food for the price! I’d highly recommend this place.

Also we got the Groupon so it doesn’t hurt to have the 50%off I got the taste of Thailand noodles, wow awesome honey pepper sauce (don’t worry you can pick how hot you want it I pick zero hot and it was just that)11.95$ and the Thai fried rice with chicken 11.95 the chicken in the fried rice is the best Iv ever had in any fried rice and iv been to Thailand and China! Great stuff and great place to bring a date 😉

Another win on “try a new place” night. We were seated right away. Our waiter asked if we had any questions and then guided us toward a good order for each of us. I had a seafood combination. My wife had a chicken in yellow curry dish. One of our friends had “taste of Thailand.” The other had a chicken dish. We all agreed that the food was delicious! Mine made me hum. So much flavor! We will definitely go back. The menu is pretty extensive, and it would be easy to say I’ll try something else next time, but I won’t. Unless it’s an appetizer. What I had was too good to not have it again. Everything was as good as it gets!

We came for lunch and Rick was very friendly with us. We got tofu as our protein and when our meal was served he informed us our spring roll side was vegetarian as well! The food was delicious and we received a larger portion size than I was expecting. We will be back!

Can’t swear that I have been to very Thai restaurant in Omaha, but most of them, and, hands down, Taste of Thailand is the very best. Not only is the food exquisitely flavorful, but it is very affordable. We decided to use them to cater a party, and again, everything was done to perfection, no detail missed. Great place!

Flavorful & just right. Some places are too sweet. I used to love chicken curry but now I’m into tofu! You have to try the tofu version of red or green. You will thank me later lol
You can make your “heat” number 1 to 10, I heard you can make it even 20,, ask the kind owner.

You can’t go wrong with this gem! I had Singapore Noodle, Southern Noodle & lettuce appetizer. Atmosphere is great wait staff is superb! Food is always outstanding!!!

Great appetizers and large dinner selection with good value prices. The vegetable dumplings and Thai spring rolls are amazing appetizers. Pad Thai is more tangy than other Thai restaurants, but very tasty. A good helping of curry sauce with the curry dishes. My only dislike is the variability of spice level, I have ordered a “4”, my husband ordered a “3” and his dish was spicier than mine. Delicious, the spice level won’t deter me from coming back!
