I live in Peoria where we have no Thai food so when we up in the Chicago area we searched for a Thai restaurant that had yellow curry. This was THE place! The yellow curry was fantastic! My husband had the panang curry and loved it. They didn’t ask us spice level like some Thai places do but they nailed it. It wasn’t too spicy and we really enjoyed the flavour. We also enjoyed the Pad Thai, crab Rangoon, egg rolls and my daughter loved the fried rice. Thai iced tea was delicious as was my all time favourite dessert, mango with sticky rice! Service was great! Very attentive and polite. We will definitely make the drive up to eat here again.

Usually I order from Thai Garden and I love their food, this time I tried the food from Taste of Thai and I’m very disappointed. The green curry wasn’t green and didn’t taste good, it was very sweet and heavy. The egg roll dough was a disaster it was raw. I spoke with someone over the phone about the egg rolls dough but they can only offered me free egg rolls with my next order, no refund over the phone only if I drive to the restaurant. Thank you, but I think I will keep order from Thai Garden.

A rare gem that is still as good today as it was 20 yrs ago! After living out of state for years, we had dinner here tonight and were thrilled that it was better than we remembered! Great, authentic Thai food at very reasonable prices. Very friendly and timely service.

I’ve been to places where I ordered a lot less food and got charged 3x’s more than I did here. This hidden gem is vegan friendly and service is as impeccable as the food. This beautiful, warm restaurant is definitely going to be a place to take the family over and over again

This is one of the best Thai restaurants in the western suburbs, and I’ve tried ALOT. Food tastes great, portions are really large, and the service is always very good. Probably one of the best curry puffs I’ve ever had too.

I have been coming here probably going on 20 years. This little strip mall has some of the best restaurants in Hoffman Estates. Taste of Thai is certainly one of the best. From the mini eggrolls to the lunch specials and everything in between, they consistently provide quality Thai food with great service. I used to travel a lot and this place was between my home and O’Hare Airport. I will now go out of my way to visit this great restaurant. I took my son there recently and he ranked it up there as one of his favorite Thai restaurants.

This is a small place hosted by an amazing group of women. Less wait time, gracious hospitality and amazing taste. Best part is that they easily make vegetarian options from their menu. Must try!
