A friend brought me to the Taste of Tandoor. I have never been a huge fan of Indian food but over the last few years I’m finding dishes that are very good. I had Chicken Malai Tikka with a side of rice (rice is enough for 2-3 people). Good portion size. Highly recommend this dish. Restaurant clean, good service.

Had the pleasure of finally trying Taste of Tandoor today. It’s been on our short list of restaurants to try since they opened.
Where do I start? The menu options are plentiful, the food is delicious and the service is excellent!
As always, we ordered more food than we could ever eat and packed up the rest for another meal. The service was amazing, very attentive and friendly.
The photos attached were an afterthought, as we could not wait to dig in.

Our first adventure into eating Indian cuisine, and we enjoyed it. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The food was definitely flavourful, and I feel we received good value for our money. I will need to try some other places to see how they compare.

This place is wonderful! Any question we had they answered as to get the best experience. So friendly and helpful with our choices, recommending different options, as it was our first time there. We tried the garlic naan and roti, soooo delish!!!! Basmati rice, all the grains perfectly cooked. In the curry section, we had The Vindaloo, which was a bit spicy for me but perfect for my husband’s pallette. I did eat some, tho and it was great! We also had the chicken malia Tikka in the tandoori section, and oh my, soooo moreish. It came with a green sauce. Absolutely out of this world, delish!!! So much food for such little money these days. Took a lot home and will eat tomorrow

We had a great meal today. Taste testing a few dishes. All were great.
Chili Chicken, Hakka Veg noodles, and of course, on our first visit we had to do the Tandoori Chicken!
All amazing dishes and the presentation was on point. So excited to have Taste of Tandoor open in Orangeville!

Great tasting food. Will definitely come in for a sit down meal in the restaurant. I’ve tried it twice since they have opened and it’s been great both times. We’ve tried the Tandoori chicken, chicken tika masala, lamb vindaloo, butter chicken , garlic naan and rice. Everything was great, definitely a go to for takeaways in town.
