Ok let’s talk about the food Scene in Squamish… theres not a lot. But this is one of those places that make you feel like thing can start get better here. It’s just delicious, first time I try Pho and it was just a great example on how humble ingredients can turn inti something extraordinary. I realize its all about the timing, they are quick, I got my food In less than 10m after ordering, and the meat on the pho was a little bit undercooked when I just got the plate, but as I was eating the meat was cooking, also I could see how the onions change the taste as I was eating, until that point of almost sweet at the end.
They know exactly what they are doing, they look like family and their standard is high.

Free parking, but wooow the noodle was fantastic! It was $20CAD abit pricy than Vancouver but the broth was light yet pack a flavour! (Not like crazy MSG salty ) but highly recommended it !

The salad rolls were so fresh and delicious! The veggies were crisp, the shrimp was tasty, and the peanut dipping sauce tied everything together perfectly. It’s light but still satisfying, and I can really taste the freshness in every bite. I will come back

My favourite place to eat in Squamish. Any time we go out for food, this is always my first suggestion. I get #24 and if I’m lucky, a bahn mi 2 go for lunch the next day.
The family is also so so sweet. Worth the wait if there is a line up.

Food is always fresh and tasty, service is always good and surprisingly fast (even when they are at their fullest capacity). I like the big uncovered windows at the front, let a lot of light to come inside. And even though there’s not a lot of vegetarian options, the few options are SO good. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and it’s been consistent at service and food quality.

I ordered the vegetarian pho and spring rolls. The pho wasn’t bad but the spring rolls were pretty disappointing. Was a lovely place and my boyfriend enjoyed his grilled chicken pho. Service was incredibly fast. Potentially just not the best spot for vegetarian

We had the grilled chicken with spring rolls and rice noodles (#32 which is their most popular dish with good reason). Possibly the best chicken noodle bowl I’ve ever eaten. The chicken was grilled to perfection and very flavorful. Spring rolls were crisp and fresh. The service was great despite the place being very busy and I was struck by how impeccably clean everything was. We’ll eat there again soon.

Good but not great. Had the all-cuts pho and traditional banh mi because I wanted a taste of each. They were OK but not outstanding. The pho was the better of the two, as the banh mi was disappointingly bland. OK service but they were getting busy and thus distracted.
