I had an amazing experience at this Indian restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The Paneer Tikka Masala was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, the paneer was soft and flavorful, and the sauce had the perfect balance of sweetness and heat. It paired perfectly with the Garlic Naan, which was fresh, fluffy, and loaded with just the right amount of garlic and butter.
I also tried the Butter Chicken, and it was just as impressive. The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly, and the sauce was smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was comforting and satisfying.
Everything I ordered was amazing — the flavors were authentic, the portions were generous, and you can really tell they care about quality. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We have been going here for a few months now, and they never disappoint! Every time we go, the hosts are very pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The food is just amazing. We love their new recipe for papadi chaat! Their shahi paneer is a must, along with their naan—just delicious. Everything is fairly priced. The only problem is the atmosphere; it feels like it’s not taken care of as it should be because the place has so much potential. The paint, walls, and everything feel like they could use some work, but nonetheless, the food is worth it!

Fantatic fresh and authentic Indian cuisine! Must try the dal dadka and chicken taka masaa. Tanish was our waiter, fast, friendly and very attentive to our needs, I would definitely recommend this to friends and families. They must try if you’re in Queens!

Great Food, environment not good enough to sit and eat though but this doesn’t concern the quality and taste of their food. MUST VISIT for TAKE OUT FOOD ONLY.
and a friendly suggestion to the place owner, go put some restaurant policy concerning the noise made by customers.
Great Service by Tanish, go for his food item suggestions 🙂

Food is very tasty and the flavor is as true as Delhi food. Serving quantity of each main course is very sufficient. Actually that’s what I noticed beside the location and parking problem which you will face all over NY or NJ. But quality of food is very good and fresh. Service is also very good. They give big plate of fresh salad which is not frozen.
If you ask this kind of salad you can never get in every restaurant they will just serve onion and that’s it. You can alter spice by letting your taste. Owner is very much concerned about customer and pay for attention.

You can absolutely tell that the good reviews are probably the people that work there and friends. Many people have written the truth about this place now including myself. I got so sick from eating here with food poisoning I called the health department. As someone that works in the healthcare field I was out for so many days I never want to experience terrible food like this. This place does not follow proper protocol in food preparation and cleaning. Not to mention the manager that works there is not friendly. If you ever have an issue with your food you should try giving a call and see how not well it ends up.

If you’re scouring the city for truly authentic Punjabi cuisine that hits the spot, especially during late-night cravings, look no further! This restaurant serves up the most delectable butter chicken I’ve ever tasted, perfectly paired with their soft, buttery naan that practically melts in your mouth. The biryani is richly flavored, with just the right blend of spices and tender meat, while their rotis are fresh, fluffy, and the perfect accompaniment to every dish. Despite being a bustling spot, the service is remarkably fast, ensuring you’re not waiting long to indulge in their culinary delights. This place is a treasure for those in search of great food at any hour of the night, truly making it one of the city’s underrated gems. Highly recommend for a taste of the best in town!

I come to Taste of Punjab almost every day, and it has never disappointed me. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious no matter what I order. Their menu truly captures authentic Punjabi taste, and I’ve never once had an issue with the quality.
The staff is also excellent—always welcoming, respectful, and attentive, which makes the dining experience even better. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service are this reliable. Highly recommend Taste of Punjab to anyone looking for great food and a friendly atmosphere!
