The owners of this food truck are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional, making you feel welcome from the very first visit. Every dish is prepared with genuine care and tastes like it came straight from your grandma’s kitchen; if she were from Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.
You can truly taste the quality in every bite. Everything is made fresh in-house the same day, and the truck is spotless. The meats are organic, grass-fed, and locally sourced from Mississippi’s Nature’s Gourmet Farm; quality you don’t often find at a food truck.
Service is fast and efficient, perfect for grabbing a hot, satisfying meal after a long shopping trip to the Walmart on Pontchartrain right next door. Don’t skip the kolaches for dessert; they’re the perfect finish. Chef’s kiss.

I came to Taste of Prague food truck in with good expectations, but wow… the food here truly surprised me. The goulash was absolutely amazing, rich and full of flavor, and those kolaches were just next level. Every bite was so comforting and delicious. These are the kind of flavors you really don’t want to miss. You can tell everything is made with love and authenticity. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend everyone come give this place a try. So, so good.:)

Absolutely worth checking out, I love getting to see all the new cuisines popping up whether it’s storefronts or food trucks, The food was delicious and I can’t wait to work my way through the rest of the menu. I got the vepro knedlo, and the chicken schnitzel.
