I normally love this place as they stuff their sandwiches completely full. Today however, I went in and paid twenty dollars for a full sized sub that I can wrap my fingers around, there was hardly any meat inside. i weigh hardly 100lbs, i dont eat a lot, but this was sad and pathetic and left me still hungry.

We quit coming here due to staff and lower quality food, however, we tried it for something different and were glad we did. Food was hot and fresh, not long to wait but staff is still mediocre and not friendly. That’s not a game changer for us, just don’t expect overly joyous people to help you if you do visit. It was pricey though. :(. The store needs updating bad or maybe just a good cleaning and fresh paint. with that being said,I can’t think of a better place locally to get a good Philly, and we’re from back east. 😉

The reply by owner is correct, there is a lot more to the story. Like being charged a different price each time I order the exact same thing. Like getting different food than what I ordered. Like a person working the register who can’t count change. Like a young lady who thinks she is right and doesn’t listen to any questions of why these things are happening while making inept, implausible excuses.
I’m not now (nor was I) difficult at any time. Hopefully I am not being accused of such. I even pulled the manager outside to lodge my complaint so that it was not in front of other customers.
If ownership would read the posts, they can clearly see that the service for this location has been given many bad reviews.

I had food delivered and the condiments that I paid for were missing and the cheesecake I ordered was half the size of a normal piece. I called the restaurant and was treated quite poorly. When I said that I just ordered for delivery she rudely asked “what was wrong”, when I explained the issue which was 100% the fault of the restaurant I was cut off and told to contact Doordash. There was no decent customer service or apology given.
I’d like to add as I eat while I type, that my sandwich is just not good. It’s got almost nothing on it after paying a good amount for my order. I love their cheese steaks and wanted to mix it up and order something different but this whole experience was just gross.

Ordered lunch here today. Less then impressed. Our grilled cheeses were not even remotely grilled, just soggy plain bread and barley melted cheese for $6. Same with the Ruben, soggy non grilled bread. One philly was ok, and fried mushrooms were good. But overall quality was poor. Will be a while before we attempt to eat here again.

Unfortunately Melonie really ruined not only our experience with TOP but also our dinner. She ended up giving our food to the wrong people. When we called to let them know they acted as if they didn’t know what we were talking about. Then when picking up our food Melonie Didn’t have the decency to say a single word to us no sorry nothing. Extremely frustrated with the service at this location. I eat lunch here sometimes once a week and this is not what we expect. Do better Melonie.

Taste of Philly but spending over $100 and not getting what I paid for is really upsetting plus we didn’t get or 3 orders if frys and my wife had to go pick those up. Very disappointed with this and I can see why people in the FB groups have been taking bad about it.

Sunday Night Football comfort food! Nothing like a steaming hot Philly Cheesesteak with a side of crispy onion rings. These hit the spot. I had The Works Cheese Steak with mushrooms, onion and green bell pepper and my wife had the mushroom steak. Great flavors and the rolls were delicious and chewy. many people would say that it’s the bread that makes the sandwich. I do not disagree. These sandwiches were absolutely loaded with meat. Very satisfying. The place was very busy but they knocked out our order in no time.
