This is a prime example of not judging a book by its cover. A little rough around the edges but the food is well worth it. Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and although my first one and not much to compare to, I thought it was really good. My son loved his Ham and Cheese Grinder. Fresh cut Fair style fries rocked! Friendly staff.

The atmosphere is severely lacking. It needs updating pretty badly.
The young man that helped me was very friendly. However, the older woman that helped my friend gave rascist vibes and made her feel uncomfortable when taking her order.
The food takes some time to be made and to get, so I suggest ordering ahead if possible.
I ate the Philly and it was great. I got a piece of lemon berry cake. It was really good, but expensive. More than $7 for the slice. My friends ate the Philly and chicken Philly and were satisfied with their food.

Where has this place been my whole life?! The Philly Cheesesteak is next level good. Got mine with the peppers and mushrooms and was blown away by the flavor.

Absolute Truth
I ordered the chicken philly cheese. I got the biggest sandwich, they have. I think it is a 20 inch… What you see in my photo is the other half of the sandwich. I also ordered a small fry (fresh potato cut), with it and a soft drink. It was a lot of food and it was also reasonably priced. This was my second time visiting after a friend brought me there. I will go again and highly recommend trying it, if you want an East Coast experience from a little Roanoke town, in Indiana.

Food is amazing. We did a Philly Cheese Steak and a Good Grub Sub. The only issue was the Good Grub Sub bun got soggy too quickly. And the guy behind the counter had flip flops on. That’s not very sanitary. But overall service was good, and the employees were helpful since this was our first time. I will be back, just wear shoes next time

The atmosphere looks pieces together and unfinished, dirty in some places, and cluttered in others.
The service is on par with the atmosphere. The lady who took our orders was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in customers.
The food is prepared in front of you. The sub was okay. We felt the bread was soggy, but the cheese steak itself was good and piping hot.
My honest opinion is that it was just okay and falls in line with the many other phillys I’ve had.
