I had a fantastic dining experience at Taste of Peru in Orlando, Florida. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and quick to make recommendations.
We started with chicha morada, a traditional Peruvian drink made from purple corn. It was refreshing, naturally sweet, and beautifully spiced — exactly how it should taste. A perfect way to begin the meal.
For appetizers, we tried the Papa a la Huancaína, and it did not disappoint. The potatoes were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of heat. You can tell they make their Huancaína sauce fresh.
For the main course, we ordered the Tacu Tacu with Lomo Saltado, and it was the star of the night. The tacu tacu was crispy on the outside and soft inside, while the lomo saltado was tender, juicy, and seasoned beautifully. The combination of flavors was authentic and comforting — exactly what you hope for when you’re craving real Peruvian cuisine.
Overall, Taste of Peru delivered an authentic and memorable meal. Great service, generous portions, and amazing flavors. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Peruvian food in Orlando!

My family and I had a great experience here. The service was friendly and all of the food was excellent. Between the five of us, we had the arroz con mariscos, calamari appetizer, fried yuca, jalea, and the skirt steak with pesto spaghetti. The flavor, texture and presentation were great. I would definitely return.

Wonderful restaurant. The food is great and the staff is so friendly. There are a lot of exotic dishes, but there are also ordinary dishes. The place is not big, so the waiter is always nearby.

Randomly googled this gem on the way to our hotel from the airport. We were starving and this hit the SPOT. We got a ceviche appetizer, lomo saltado a lo pobre, churrasco a lo pobre, and a side of choclo (corn). They were nice enough to sub fried yuca for my fries and the portions were great!! Only thing I can even comment on is that my egg was over hard vs over easy, but I didn’t ask for that nor did they specify. Just a preference. Highly recommend checking it out!

Taste of Peru was amazing. The quality of the food was great, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. If you want to try a little bit of everything something salty, something sweet, and all-around delicious get the churrasco a lo pobre. It was such a good choice. The service was also great, very attentive and friendly. Overall, a really nice experience. Monica was so attentive and friendly too!

Quick and easy lunch that was delicious. My coworker and I could not finish all the food we had in our plate. He had the Lomo Saltado and I had The Grilled Steak with rice. The restaurant is not really big, but it is a good place for a savory lunch that is not going to disappoint. If you are ever around this place, you need to check it out.
