I stumbled into this place during my lunch break. Got the all-day special which was 2 specialty slices and a drink for $8. I got a meatlovers and a supreme with a canned drink. Listen! They have a customer for life. Both slices were delicious but I specifically LOVED the supreme pizza. I did add parmesan cheese and oregano, which are in shakers on all the tables to use. I normally don’t eat crust but I ate it and it was delicious as well. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The customer service was good and service was pretty fast for me. Took maybe 5-6 minutes to get hot food. Forgot to add I came here twice in one week after the first visit. This will be my go to spot for pizza for awhile!

Great place for NY style pizza . I’m a NYer, so kind of a pizza snob. I love this place. The pizza has a really thin, crunchy texture and the right amount of olive oil. 2 cheese slice combo is only $7.

After visiting a nearby bakery/coffee shop I was looking for take-out to take home for the wife and I. Good thing I googled it due to the confusing traffic patterns in this huge center, even a near-by store worker could not direct me to the pizza place within the same plaza. Taste of New York had the right kind of oven and the pizza’s in the showcase looked promising.
I like that they had a specialty pizza that allows you to pick 5 ingredients of your choice. I picked my 5 and waited. There is no real ambiance per se, just a few tables and chairs and it was warm, I broke a sweat waiting. Of course, I’m a big guy so that comes natural. While the pizza did not look very impressive, it was very tasty. The perfect char, sauce ratio and a not too familiar but compatible cheese. It reheated well. I did get extra cheese and good thing I did because it was sparse. The pies without extra cheese looked kinda naked.
Since I do not live in the area this may be a one time deal. But if I did, I would certainly return for more.

Definitely need to try this Pizza place. First time eating here and WOW, definitely authentic New York style pizza. From the sauce, cheese down to the thin slice of pizza it was absolutely delicious. The service was on point, fast, kind and friendly. Prices are affordable and the servings are big. We will definitely will be driving the 15 minutes again to eat here. Thank you guys for a great meal and service.

Listen, I love this place. The hospitality is unmatched! The team member I always encounter was touching surfaces and eating….He IMMEDIATELY washed his hands after taking my order BEFORE touching my food. (Chef’s Kiss). The prices are not only fair but impressive. I always receive fresh, hot, delectable pizza served with a smile on the side. For these reasons, I will pass other pizza spots up to dine here.

We wanted to have pizza on Friday night so we searched near us and found Taste of New York Pizzeria.
I looked through the menu and from the menu I decided to order Vegetarian Pizza through door-dash.
The pizza order was ready in 10-15 minutes. The service was good and we picked up the pizza from the restaurant.
The pizza was hot with fresh ingredients. The crust was also crisp and amazing and delicious pizza made our Friday night.

My favorite pizza spot in Tampa!! This spot is always clean and well taken care of. Not to mention their prices are quite reasonable. The staff is extremely kind and attentive but most of all the pizza is delicious. Its the closest I’ve gotten to authentic NY pizza ♡

I felt like I was in Ozone Park at Aldo’s on 77th across from Sons of Italy. The crust was razor thin and crispy, Italian song played. Pizza boxes were stacked high.
Three guys in black shirts worked behind the counter.
The crust had a mild crunch and that salty after taste that makes me love pizza.
