Rude lady working behind the counter. Inaccurate prices. The daily “special” sandwich was almost $13. What is special about that? The roast beef with mozz and gravy was dry and gross with hardly any cheese or gravy. If you’re trying to find a local substitute for Vito’s or Fiore’s, keep looking.

We LOVE Taste of Italy! The Brooklyn Sub and the Francis Ford Coppola Sub (we substitute chicken breast for turkey) are our favorites! We also enjoy their chicken salad and 3 bean salad as well. We’ve also tried their Eggplant Rollatini and it’s delicious!!! Their frozen cheese ravioli is also a favorite of ours. I’d like to take a sample of everything they make, because it’s so tasty!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jimmy P’s! We had a catering order being delivered yesterday and as they were coming in, I dropped and broke two bottles of wine. The husband and wife team who were delivering jumped in and mopped up the wine (after finding a mop!) while I cleaned the broken glass! The food, as always, is incredible, but the service is second to none! Customers for life!

Someone answer me this? Why would you offer “order ahead” services for 2 sandwiches if you have to wait an hour for them? I am currently sitting here in the store because I was told I had to wait 30-45 minutes for them to make 2 paninis and they would NOT cancel my order. A woman has walked in, ordered 3 sandwiches, has paid and left with them. But my pre-ordered sandwiches which were only fresh mozzarella and broccoli rabe on a panini take an hour? I could see if they were packed but it was empty and they had at least 6 people behind the counter. The way in which Sarah continued to talked to me and the other staff about my order was completely uncalled for. I am NEVER one to complain and I have always been a loyal customer here without any issues….until today. I won’t be back.
