10/10 easily recommended for a fresh and refreshing explosion of flavors, one bite after another it brings you to a whole new world of food. This family owned and ran, restaurant is nothing to be afraid of. They are extremely happy to welcome you to what not many around here get to experience. They are more than happy to help you understand what you may like. From my experience the butter chicken is a beautiful balance of flavors. I will be coming back many more times. Thank you, truly. Hunger can be a problem, there portions help even in terms of inflation.

This is my new favorite food place. I have had the chicken korma and butter naan twice now and nothing compares. The service was excellent and the owners are very kind people. My food has been hot and fresh each time and the flavors are out of this world! By far the best place to get food in town!

I usually drive to Columbia, so was very excited to find Indian food so close. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. Additionally, they are honest when I gave them to much they returned it! I will absolutely be back. It’s worth the drive if you are in the outlying areas as I am!!!! 25 stars!

Chicken, lamb, and vegetarian options. The food is wonderful and the envy of my coworkers when I bring it in. If THIS had been my introduction to authentic Indian cuisine, it would have been, EASILY, my all-time favorite. A local, family-owned business, the good is great, the portions are excellent, and the service is wonderful. It’s a must-have when family and friends visit me.

As someone who has eaten Indian food in Chicago, KC, Colorado, and a few other states – this place can definitely keep up! Amazing service! The staff is willing and ready to assist with choosing food if you’re unsure of what to get.
The food is great and the naan is amazing, it has fresh garlic on it, just wish it had a bit more garnish! You could tell it was cooked authentically!!

Attention Sedalia locals! I just had Taste of India for the first time today and it was delicious. The butter chicken (tender chicken in a creamy tomato-based sauce with warm spices) is just as good as I’ve had in big cities—and this is a local food truck! (Behind State Fair Spirits) Everything was fresh and hot and the staff was really friendly. The portion was large and gave me leftovers for another meal. Thank you for the best Indian food I’ve had in months! I can’t wait to go back.

Saw the food truck on the way by accident. Almost didn’t stop because we were expecting a restaurant but so happy and glad that we did stop! Definitely worth every penny! Gorgeous food, large portion, very friendly people. We loved it and we’ll come by again. Every chance we get!
