I crave Taste of India everyday. The best Indian food I’ve had hands down. Just ate there a few days ago and already wanting to come back. I’ve never been disappointed. The staff are lovely and place is always clean and relaxing. It has plenty of parking too!

I have little experience with Indian food, but I was fortunate enough to be with friends who not only knew the food but also knew my tastes. They guided me well! We shared a big platter of vegetarian appetizers and they were all very good. I had a strawberry lassi to drink, which was like a very fresh milkshake. My main dish was chicken shahi korma, which was fantastic, and along with that I had delicious peshwar naan. I also exchanged naan with friends. Everything was good. I should also note that there were four levels of spice to choose from; I had mild, and I felt like everything still had very good flavor. I’m very glad that I had the chance to try something fun and new.

Why I had never eaten here before, I’m not sure. The food was delicious and the portions generous. The service was terrific, and it’s a great atmosphere. I highly recommend if you like or are curious about Indian food. This will definitely be one of my go-tos in St. Louis Park!

I have been visiting this restaurant since I moved to Minneapolis, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite Indian spots in the Twin Cities. Their vegetarian dishes are incredibly flavorful and not overly oily. As a former meat eater, I can also say that their chicken and lamb dishes are outstanding, offering a great variety for all tastes. The servers genuinely care about their customers, and the atmosphere is very kid-friendly! One of the best in the twin cities

Staff are very courteous, but lately the food quality is terrible. Quality started deteriorating about 3-4 months ago. For example, their goat meet smells so bad now that it’s not edible. I will stop going to this place now.

July 14th, 2022 ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Good place for a quick bite at lunch. I had chicken tandoori. Decent size portion, the chicken was tasty and grilled exactly as I like it. Unfortunately the salad was kinda inedible, consisted mainly of wilted lettuce and some cucumbers. The service is impeccable, the place spotless clean. Very affordable prices.

I have come here for many years and often, for a few years it was almost weekly as I lived nearby. It was a fav spot because of the incredible food, but after not coming here for about a year, things have drastically gone downhill. Im guessing new owners or something, nothing tastes the same, its much worse quality and not near as good. Honestly this isnt worth the stop anymore… sad to say, but ill find a new fav spot

Our 1st time here. We tried the butter chicken & cheese Naan I believe. It’s been a little over a month since we’ve been here. Beautiful restaurant;very busy on the day we went Good for them! (I think it was Super Bowl Sunday). The butter chicken wasn’t quite as flavorful as we wanted, but that’s ok!

This Indian restaurant is only for non Indians. Food items are very less for the buffet and also taste is below average.
They don’t restock the food till the item is finished. The water glasses they gave us were dirty and old.
Will never go back.
One more thing. Super expensive buffet for the number of items and taste of food.

Two of us dined in for dinner on a Sunday. Restaurant was quiet, as we were there quite late. They definitely have a big takeout following, as people streamed in and out to pick up in the short hour we dined. Excellent service, nice atmosphere that feels homey and space was very clean.
We ordered palak pakora for appetizer and shared two entrees – Tandoori chicken and chicken Tikka masala, both as spice level Hot. One order each of plain naan and onion naan to accompany.
Palak pakora was fantastic. You can tell they’re flash fried at high temp so they were perfectly crispy but not oily at all. Cilantro sauce and mango chutney paired very well. My +1 grew up with his father cooking these at home and said they even exceeded his expectations!
My favorite entree was the Tandoori chicken. It was impressively flavorful and you could really taste the heat level. It came with broccoli and a bit of cucumber salad, which i really appreciate so I have a healthy crunch in each bite. Tikka masala was also delicious. Lots of delicious sauce and tender juicy chicken. Since it’s a dish with yogurt as an ingredient, we said we’ll try “Indian hot” spice next time.
Whether takeout or dine in, we’ll definitely be back – recommend you check it out too!
