Night Side
Best Indian food in columbus. The buffet is worth every penny. They always have a good variety and the food tastes great. I love their chicken tikki masala over rice and their garlic naan. I top it off with a mango lassi which is the perfect drink to cool your taste buds if you eat something spicy or in my case as a dessert to end the meal with.

Amazing dinner! The ambiance was warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing evening out. We highly recommend the Goat Kaidai and the Lamb Vindaloo paired with garlic naan—each dish was bursting with phenomenal, perfectly balanced flavors. From the beautifully presented atmosphere, everything made for a truly memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Great experience, I was told that the ownership changed hands recently and everything was better! The atmosphere & ambiance were vastly improved, and I can honestly say the food is the best here out of all the indian restaurants in Columbus Ga! The prices are also reasonable, no big gimmickry..overall I’d give this place 20 stars!! And the Shahi korma was perfectly mild, we ordered it for the kids to dip thier butter naan in. Overall I personally would recommend this over all the other indian restaurants here!

Great ambience and friendly, accommodating staff. The food was a solid 10/10 — the Chili Chicken was bursting with flavor, and the Garlic Naan was freshly made with butter and garlic, making it the perfect pairing. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu. Totally worth it, and the prices are very reasonable!

The food is always amazing, I’ve been here 4 different times in big different time frames. The atmosphere is quite and nice. The only problem is the service is slow, with seemingly only two runners even working the register for too go orders so even getting the check will take longer than it should.

When you first walk in, you are greeted by a very clean and welcoming environment. I was instantly hungry because the smells of the food is so captivating. We ordered for pickup which is my only regret because I wanted more food once we got home! I ordered Butter Chicken w/ rice, Garlic Naan, and an order of Chicken Samosas. They also let us sample the Mango Lassi, I’d had it before and loved it and asked if my partner could try it (we ended up taking some home as well because it was so good, cold, and refreshing) The staff was very accommodating. Everything was hot, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. I love this place and will definitely be going back for the dine-in experience so I can try some more of their specialties. I wish I could give y’all more than 5 stars because every time I eat here, both the food and service are exceptional.Thank you all for sharing your food and culture with us!

Best service I have had in Columbus GA!
The food was incredibly delicious. We had the butter chicken, vindaloo chicken with garlic naan. We snacked on some papadum while we waited for our food. The Indian chai is only $2 and is amazing!

My first time trying Indian food. Kay was our server and he answered all my questions the utmost respect. He was very inviting with a spark of charisma. The food came out and he explained each dish with ingredients. I will definitely be coming back here to try the lunch buffet which he suggested.

Outstanding Taste & Variety at Taste of India – Columbus, GA
Taste of India is easily one of the best restaurants in Columbus. The food is consistently flavorful, authentic, and prepared with real attention to detail. Whether you love North Indian, South Indian, or street‑style chaat, this place delivers every time.
The South Indian dosas are a must‑try — perfectly crisp, light, and served with delicious sambar and chutneys. The masala dosa especially stands out with its balanced spices and fresh potato filling.
Their chaat selection is another highlight. From pani puri to bhel puri and sev puri, everything tastes fresh, tangy, and exactly like the flavors you’d expect from a good Indian street‑food stall.
My personal favorites:
• Paneer Tikka Masala — creamy and rich
• Garlic Naan — soft and flavorful
• Veg Biryani — aromatic with perfect spice
• Masala Dosa — crispy and authentic
• Pani Puri & Bhel Puri — fresh, crunchy, and full of flavor
