The food was absolutely amazing!! It took us back to Gujarat, India. Everything was fresh and it felt like you were eating homemade food. The khandvi was so yummy. We loved the Rotlo-gor-ghee and the Lagan daal bhaat tantalize your taste buds to another level. The undhiyu was absolutely mouth-watering. The owner,Tarlika, makes everything from scratch!! Definitely a must try new Indian restaurant in Vegas.

We visited Taste of Gujarat last week and had an amazing experience. We ordered many of their popular Gujarati dishes, including Bhajia, Khandvi, Surti Patties, Surti Undhiyu, ghee-gir Rotlo, and Dahi Tikhari—and every single dish tasted truly authentic. The flavors felt just like home-cooked Gujarati food.
The ambience was warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and prompt. If you’re visiting Las Vegas and love Gujarati cuisine, this restaurant should definitely be on your bucket list. It won’t disappoint—guaranteed!

We really enjoyed the experience and quality of food at this family owned establishment. We were craving something different than the usual and regional Indian food. It had a very home made Gujarati feel to it! Reviewing after our second visit in a week.

Our favorite drinks were the limbu sharbat and coffee — the coffee has that Indian instant coffee flavor.

Our favorite appetizers were lilva kachori and vagharelo rotlo.

Our favorite mains were vagharelo rotlo in chaas and surti undhiyu.

Don’t pass on the shrikhand for dessert!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Every dish we tried was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite, from the perfectly seasoned curries to the warm, soft breads and vibrant chutneys.

The food strikes a great balance, bold spices without being overpowering, layered flavors that feel authentic and thoughtfully prepared. Nothing tasted rushed or mass-produced. It felt like a meal cooked with intention.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the presentation is just as inviting as the food itself. If you’re looking for authentic Gujarati cuisine made with heart, this place is a must-visit in Henderson. We’ll absolutely be back.

1. The entire restaurant was so beautiful, you can tell how much love and thought this family poured into the place. It was stunning.
2. Our waiter and waitress were very kind, informative, and attentive.
3. The food was so flavorful, fresh, and delicious. Ive eaten a lot of Indian food before but tried two new things and it did not disappoint. There wasn’t a dish we didn’t love.

Taste of Gujarat in Las Vegas is an absolute gem for authentic Gujarati food! The flavors are truly amazing and remind you of home — every dish is fresh, perfectly spiced, and full of authentic taste. Everything was delicious and satisfying

The service is equally impressive — warm, attentive, and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

One small suggestion: the lilva kachori had a slightly different smell, possibly because frozen spices may not have been used for a while. Just something to keep in mind for future customers.

Overall, it’s an excellent place for genuine Gujarati cuisine with amazing taste and great service. Highly recommended!

Taste of Gujarat in Las Vegas is a fantastic spot for authentic Gujarati comfort food. We tried the bataka vada, vagharelo rotlo, bharthu, and a few other dishes—everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly up to the mark. The food truly feels homestyle yet well-presented, with rich, traditional flavors done right. The restaurant itself is spacious, beautifully aesthetic, and very welcoming. What really stood out was the warm, attentive service from the family-owned team—they make you feel genuinely cared for. A must-visit if you’re craving real Gujarati food in Vegas.

Found this gem from a targeted ad on social media, and I am glad it caught our attention.
While visiting Las Vegas, we decided to give it a try and it was some of the best Gujarati food we have had in the states.
From ambience to service to food everything was perfect.
For appetizers we had Surti petties, lilva kachori and vagharelo rotlo in chaas. It was all authentic and perfectly curated.
For mains we tried Surti undhiyu, sev tamata and cheese kaju curry with gujarati rotli.
Everything turned out to be authentic and fulfilled our Gujarati food cravings.

Must try if you ever crave wholesome Gujarati meal while in vegas area. Prices are bit higher compared to other Gujarati restaurants in the states, but the food makes up for it.
To the taste of gujarat team, please maintain the authenticity and quality for the long run.

Restaurants is beautiful. A lot of thoughts have been out in the interiors. The vibe is really nice. I would highly recommend the place for vegetarian food. We did not enjoy the nonveg so much. Our personal favourite was khandvi, veg manchurian. The shrikhan and puri was to die for. For nonveg we had ordered the pomfret but it was super bland. The egg curry was deceptive from what the picture showed on the menu. Overall the service was really nice. The staff is warm and kind. I wouldn’t mind visiting them again when again in Vegas for the vegetarian dishes.
