I have ordered carry out from Taste of China in Raymore, MO on many occasions in the past and more so, since the new ownership. The new ownership has really enhanced the quality of food, freshness and taste to include portion size. Everyone I talk to states how much better it is now with the new ownership. Its a family owned business that the owners actual prepare the food themselves. I would highly recommend them to any one. In my opinion, and many others it is the best Chinese Restaurant in Raymore, Belton and Grandview. Tony S.

Overall the experience was not worth the price. 83¢ surcharge for using debit card at point of sale. $22.53 for 2 entrees a portion of the size that’s advertised on their website.
Would not recommend this restaurant.

I moved to this area 4 years ago and this Chinese restaurant has the highest quality and most consistent high quality food of any Chinese restaurant within I would say about 15 miles. I recently moved across town, but I felt compelled to write a review so that others can discover this gem. It may not look like much, but it’s delicious and consistent.

For $22 dollars I got a measly two grab Rangoon, and two combos with what feels like almost half of what China one in olathe gives for the same price.
Do not recommend, shrimp lo mien also has a weird taste to it. Fried rice is at least good.

Good value for your money and the food is pretty good, but the girl who works.The register needs to work on her personality.. it’s not so much that she is rude. As much as it is that she makes it very clear, so she does not want to be there.. not a smile for any of the customers and does not go out of her way to accommodate. Even though I have been a customer for years, they treat you as if you haven’t been. I always spend about $80 dollars every time I order with this place, Last night I placed an order, and when the food got here the rice was hard and my crab ragoons were doughy. I immediately called, but I guess they were closed that time which lead to my assumption that my food was not fresh. I called around 9:30 the next morning, told the guy the situation and all he could ask me is if I still have the food!! I tried to call the night before to bring back the food even though I paid for delivery. He refused to re- make my order or give a refund.
