Outstanding! My compliments to the chef! My dad is Trinidadian and my mom is Jamaican. They covered both bases with the roti, curries, oxtail etc. Everything I had was superb! Even the ambiance reminded me of the best little eating spots in the islands- not fancy but very authentic. The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating. I will be back…again and again!

Orangeburg has this restaurant and the food was great. Freshly cooked and seasoned perfectly. My and my friend both ordered the large oxtail/curry goat combo, with peas& rice, collard greens, and cabbage.
His sides were Mac&cheese and beans. Definitely wasn’t out of a can. We were Definitely impressed and loved everything we ordered.
I also got the jersey chicken Jamaican patty which could’ve been baked longer, but it was still flavorful, hot and delicious.
Nice atmosphere with plenty of space to accommodate a large crowd. I will be returning.

What a Gem! Looks like a hole-in-the-wall but is actually a big place. The ox tail was absolutely delicious. Small size plate was plenty. Lots of meat. My coworker had the Stew Chicken and she said it very good too.

This restaurant serves truly authentic Caribbean cuisine, bringing real island flavors to the table. We decided to dine in, and while there was a bit of a wait, the staff was extremely courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond by surprising us with an extra order of curry goat, which we hadn’t ordered, as a gesture for the wait—and the portion was impressively generous! We ordered the curry chicken with roti and the oxtail dinner, both bursting with rich, well-balanced flavors that felt genuinely Caribbean. The curry chicken was tender and flavorful, perfectly paired with soft, warm roti, while the oxtail was cooked to perfection, offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was okay. But If you’re looking for a place that serves delicious, authentic Caribbean dishes with a warm touch, I’d highly recommend giving this spot a try.

Arrived excited left disappointed !!!!!
Waited 35 minutes for food that tasted old, rice tasted burnt and the soup was cold.
The best thing was the lemonade and the young girl cashier was very sweet.
Sat down to eat, looked up and the dust on the ceiling fan was so thick it looked it hadn’t been clean in a very long time.

Amazing food, wonderful service, fun atmosphere! If you are anywhere near here or passing through and you want an authentic Caribbean meal, look no further. The Plantains were out of this world and the Oxtail was scrumptious!

Wish I lived closer but I will be back!!!!

So I’m from New York City and I tried their food two days ago. Not gonna lie, I was like, “I know this food is about to be trash”. Being from NYC, we automatically think food outside of our city is trash! So I ordered the Oxtails, rice and peas and candied yams. When I picked up the food, I told one of the workers, “Man if this food is trash, I’m bringing it right back”. He replied, “You won’t be back”. LOL. Anyway, I tried the food, and I was like DAYUM!! It was the best Jamaican food by far. Orangeburg taught me a good lesson! I’ll be back for sure.

Wow bloody wow…
My wife and I found another little spectacular hidden gem tonight on our way back to Charleston from Greenville, SC. Only 7 mins off the interstate too. What a treat. We ordered their jerk and curry chicken with rice & peas, cabbage, collards and a beef & chicken pie. This place is legit and even better is the customer service and hospitality. Left the place with a circus in my mouth. Highly recommend. 3 thumbs up and 5 stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
