We pretty much ordered everything on the menu I’ll let the photos and videos do the talking! We went on a Wednesday night when they have their amazing £13.95 dine-in deal that’s 1 starter, 1 main course, 1 side, and 1 rice or naan. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t tried it yet! The place is cozy too. Super affordable!

After being recommended by multiple friends, I ordered a takeout, and it was the nicest meal I’ve had in a long time! I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just had to for Taste of Bengal because it was so so good, 10/10 recommend, especially for vegetarians. The portion sizes are great and it’s a really good value for money, will definitely be recommending to others and coming back!

Another great meal at the taste of bengal; great staff, very attentive during a busy TT fortnight; the main courses and naan’s were amazing. Handy for the sea front in Douglas, will be back

I’ve ordered from Taste of Bengal for years and it has always been top notch. Getting an Indian takeaway is a rare treat for me due to the high cost but as it was payday and we’ve worked super hard settling into our new house, I thought I’d reward myself with a curry.
What can I say? This is utterly inedible. Dripping with oil and absolutely no flavour. Not one single item had a redeeming feature. All bland, greasy, lukewarm and disappointing. I can’t eat this, it’s just awful. Such a shame as this used to be a great takeaway.

Food was nice. Usually Biryani dish in any Indian resturant is a big dish but here it was served in a bowel same amount as curry (small portion). It tasted great. My Garlic Naan I prefer to be abit more crispy. But in generall its a nice resturant.

Worst butter chicken I have seen or tasted, looked awful and smelt strange as well second chicken curry had no taste to it everything went in the bin. I would have liked to complain but owner is too arrogant in reply. Wrecked our dinner, won’t be going back there again

I liked the chicken curry & plain naan but might be a bit overpriced. Good portions and the staff is friendly. Thanks for the complimentary mint chocolate, I loved it 🙂

Superb food, excellent advice for non Currey regulars, ie. Will it burn me. Staff are great. Place is clean as are toilets. Most enjoyable

One of the worst hotel not only in Isle of Man but in the whole UK I ever visited.
Service is really poor. They gave the main dish even without serving spoon and then they bring Naan after 43 mins (recorded). Taste is blend too much salt In everything.

Best Indian on the Isle of Man we came here in TT week and the service was amazing. It wasn’t too packed and the food was just amazing. We ordered the chicken tikka masala and the lamb karai with some egg fried rice and naan bread. It is a little over priced but we thought It was worth it as the food was very very tasty
