My 1st time eating at Taste Of Asia was an over-all good experience. I had the Sesame Seed Chicken with a side of Edamame. The portion sizes were very big, service was fast and the food was good. *Note: Taste Of Asia is inside the Asian Supermarket. It is located in the left rear side of the Market… I gave the “Atmosphere” rating two stars because the Seafood Market section in the market is near the restaurant and the smell of raw fish was very strong.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Their lunch specials are very cheap ($8.95 each) and the food is delicious. Lunch specials come with a vegetable egg roll, egg drop or hot sour soup, and fried rice with the entree. I had the General Tso’s chicken and my daughter had Mongolian Chicken. Everything was cooked and seasoned well and the portion sizes are more than adequate for most appetites. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

So good food as usual. This place is our first choice when we are in town. All dishes are authentic Cantonese. We ordered sesame chicken, filet mignon, tofu (so good), fried flat noodles with beef. The restaurant is quite empty because most orders are togo. They are inside a grocery store. Good price, good amount of food. Give them a try. You will love it.

I was a little skeptical that there was a Chinese restaurant inside of an Asian Supermarket, but after seeing good reviews on Yelp minus the few outliers, I wanted to give it a shot.
We went and ordered inside before starting our shopping (which was very convenient by the way). And they were basically done by the time we paid for our groceries and loaded it up in the truck.
The inside of the restaurant looked clean. The ladies that worked there were very quick and efficient.
I ordered one Sweet and Sour chicken which was really good. The sauce wasn’t like any other I’ve tried in a good way.
Their chicken lo mein was great!! The noodles weren’t over cooked. The chicken was nice and tender. And it wasn’t overly salty like most Chinese places are.
And last but not least, the General Tso chicken was the best I’ve ever had. I always order a general tso chicken at a Chinese restaurant to predict how the other meals would be and omg it did not disappoint.
I asked for extra spicy too and it was perfect. I think I found my Chinese spot and sticking to it!
This place is WORTH every penny! And their lunch special prices are more than affordable.

I live in Columbus GA, every time I’m craving for Chinese dishes and roasted duck I’ll have to drive here which really worth 30 mins. driving. I’ve tried several dishes including their hot pot; first time ordered spicy Szechuan soup not spicy enough, went again second time was perfect spicy hot.

Absolutely delicious food and generous portion sizes. This is the same quality I expect in a Chinatown restaurant, but tucked in a fantastic Asian market. With a new student starting at Auburn University, I’m sure we’ll be back on future visits!

The big Chinese restaurant inside the huge Chinese grocery store. The restrooms outside the restaurant and not so clean place. There are many places and tables for big company. The food is good, delicious and portions are big enough. Some of them you can share with others. My wife has some stomach problem after visiting this place, but I felt good.

The restaurant is inside the supermarket. There are three large tables for large companies of 8-10 people. The order was brought quickly. Large portions. The shrimp, duck and beef were delicious.

$10 lunch special was awesome. Sorry we ate it all before I took a pic. Sesame chicken was freshly fried and sauced. Mongolian beef was very oniony and not too sweet- very good.

This hidden gem is the “go to” for authentic Asian food. The restaurant is tucked away in an amazing Asian Supermarket.
