I recently tried below items from AnTeRa cloud kitchen. All items are subtle in taste, rich in flavor.
1.) Mushroom Biryani : The chitti muthyam rice itself is more flavorful that Basmati. Definitely a good one for vegetarians. I suggest to include more mushrooms/other veggies to the dish.
2.) Mutton Pulao: I got this with Basmati rice. Overall very tender mutton and decent flavor.
3.) mutton gravy curry: juicy mutton and gravy is awesome.
Quick in service and prompt response over phone for placing order.

I was striving for some spicy food at late midnight in the Plano area and I got to find Antera cloud kitchen on Google. I have ordered appetizer Pepper Mutton and Military Mutton biryani. Both are awesome and pepper mutton is a must try.

I placed a catering order for lunch, which was promised to be ready by 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, the order was delayed, and I ended up waiting for over an hour at the restaurant. After driving 30 minutes to pick it up, I hoped it would be ready on arrival, but by the time I finally received the food and drove back home, it was far too late. What should have been a straightforward pickup took nearly 2.5 hours, which was both frustrating and highly inconvenient. The delay not only disrupted our lunch plans but also caused unnecessary stress. For a business that offers catering services, punctuality and communication are essential, and this experience was far from satisfactory.

One of my friends suggested this restaurant, we ordered breakfast and lunch for our house warming. The break fast is so homely made and especially the pickles were so tasty. Coming to the lunch, they provided banana leaves for lunch which remained me traditional lunch for our festivals. The curries and rices items are very delicious and we really loved it. The services were also very good which included free delivery.

We ordered around 6 goat and 1 chicken biryani in weekend by seeing melody mocktail Instagram post, one of the worst taste in usa, only 1 piece in goat biryani, literally we throwed it away. Shrimp was uncooked.

I have visited 1month ago at that time Biryani,and appetizer quantity was so good . But today I have orders worth 90$. The quantity in the appetizer is so less . I don’t understand this bro, as a cloud kitchen you are not even providing dinein ,though the prices are bit less but the quantity is not at all sufficient. Other restaurants charge 15$ for a appetizer you guys charge $10 . But the quantity is not at all matching.as you are not providing dinein.

The food was awesome. We had a pickup order. We ordered gobi majestic, crispy corn, Kodi roast and Chicken pakodi, guntur chicken biryani and mixed veg biryani. You should definitely try gobi majestic, the texture is very smooth and the taste is buttery. All of my friends enjoyed the food a lot. Worth it.

Its not worth the hype to try out this place as we are seeing on insta. we have tried different varieties here. Especially their lollipop and mutton biryanis(rice is uncooked as well as the mutton) and have ordered for the weekend thali with extra add-ons. they are out of the chicken curry and not even bothered informing the customers and have kept us waiting for longer than the expected.
