Reviews
We were immediately impressed by the atmosphere and service. We were seated comfortably near the bar, and our server was great and highly attentive throughout the evening. The quality of the drinks matched the service; both the wine and their signature cocktail, “Saged By the Bell,” were outstanding and beautifully balanced.
The food was the star of the show, beginning with the appetizers. The steak shoestring fries were an absolute must-try—crispy, light, and seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of salt and pepper. The thinly cut steak on top was excellent, and the creamy sauce they served it with was truly addictive.
For our main courses, we ordered the Pacific Rim salad with salmon and the Santa Fe Salad with Bavette Steak. The Pacific Rim salad was delicious, but the Bavette Steak on the Santa Fe Salad was the highlight. It was a generous cut, cooked to absolute perfection. It was oh so tender and seasoned precisely with just the right touch of salt and pepper.
Taste! is a wonderful spot for a high-quality meal. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon!
Loved it so much that made a stop on our way back as well! Highly recommend!
Fries were excellent, super crispy shoestring fries, plenty of garlic and an aioli for dipping.
Sliders were exceptional, especially the beef one I got. The other 2 were tasty, and flavorful as well. Sliders also had plenty of produce, but not too much. Drink menu was good as well.
We ordered a quartet set for two of us. It costs $30.
– Cheeseburger in Paradise +$2
– Salmon Sammy +$2
– Italian Sprouts
– Garlic Fries
Also, I ordered a glass of a local wine ‘Going for broke’ (Paydirt, Paso Robles) for $13. I liked aroma and smooth finishes.
Salmon Savory Burger was so delicious (enough sauce, great cooked fish)
Italian Sprouts were savory for me. It was firm and had an interesting interpretation of cheese and bacon in it.
Garlic Fries was delicious and had a persistent smell of garlic.
The staff was polite and fast enough.
Thanks!
Our server was so friendly and made us feel at home the moment we stepped in. We also loved the ambiance and this is a great place for a date or group hangout.
We will definitely be back again to try out their other items!
The staff are all super friendly and take care of you from beginning to end.
Super clean location and restrooms. Plenty of parking.
They are walking distance to Stilson Cellars around the corner. Make sure and check them out too.
