This was about six months ago. Ordered a few dishes. None were very appetizing. One dish Ordered was chicken fried rice. There was one small piece of chicken and the rest rice. Called to ask if that’s their new recipe, rice and one piece of chicken. Lady on the phone said “take it up with the cook” ( rude) so I asked to speak to the cook and she said, “no”. I stopped in for lunch, the food was good and it came out quickly. The ginger beef was good (and that’s enough, isn’t it?), the spring rolls and chicken balls were decent. My only criticism is that the fried rice was lifeless, I suspect it was little more than rice and soy sauce.

Food is fantastic ordered on our way home to Bonnyville.price is higher then Bville.but food is better too.
Now we gave to drive all the way to Elk Point for awesome Chinese food!

We come from Cold Lake where Chinese food is hit or miss…. Taste Buds is awesome!! Great Chinese food, awesome server. Best place you never knew existed!

Awesome food. There are times when you call to order for pick up and it takes over an hour for food to be ready. I’m not sure if this is a staffing issue or not. Regardless, the food is delicious. If the service was reliable and consistently reasonable time wise, this place would get 5 stars.

Called to see if they would do a dinner for 2 and substitute the sweet and sour pork with the honey garlic spare ribs and I told them I would pay the extra amount on top because the spare ribs were 4$ more, The lady put me on hold and asked the cook and he said no. Called golden gate in st.paul and they were more than happy to help me out with the change. 20 min outta my way but so worth it

New owns of this restaurant still have an amazing beef and broccoli…. But for Any noodle dish, The rice dish, And sadly a couple others its flavorless and old. When I called about it they simply said other people have complained too

Been coming here every Wednesday for 5 years and never gets old, food is great, staff is very friendly and more food then you can eat per portion. Spring Rolls are the hidden gem on the menu, not like you have had at other chinese restaraunts.
