This food truck comes to my school campus every week – let me start by saying I RUN out to the food truck when I know Taste Bud Bullies are here. They absolutely live up to their name. The amount of flavor in everything is PERFECT and truly some of the best breading on chicken, shrimp, and fish I’ve ever had. Perfect crunch, perfectly seasoned, prices are fair and honestly so affordable for the food they provide. Also, coming from a Midwest girly, their ranch is spot on. 2000000 out of 10 recommend this food truck, especially if you love supporting black owned and locally owned businesses. Northfield HS teachers and students love yall!

My husband and I were walking the LoHi area and came across this food truck on 29th & Zuni. The owner is from Chicago just like us! The food is great. Catfish fried crispy, wings still crispy even with the sauce, the shrimp weren’t overcooked and even the fries had that perfect crunch. I didn’t expect much from the toast but I was blown away by the perfect texture and butter on it. We cleared our plates. Shoutout to Taste Bud Bullies!

I ordered the swap fries and 2 pc catfish. Oh my when I say it was better than I expected whoop whoop. They seasoned the food just right. The catfish was fried just right not too hard or too soft. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone, I also will be going back. The wait was about 10 minutes so it did not take very long. If you want some good seafood this a great place to go.

Tried a few different things from the food truck. The swamp fries are some of the best Cajun food I’ve ever had. Jerk chicken and the shrimp basket are both really good but I definitely recommend the swamp fries!

I loved the set up the homey family southern feeling. Service was awesome!! Food was decent I got Swamp Fries and Fish Poboy. I loved the flavor of the poboy 10/10! Wish it was longer for the price I paid it was hardly a 6in. And I think the menu stated it came with 2 pieces but my sandwich only had one but I could be thinking of the 2pc fish basket. The one thing that made me rate it so low was my swamp fries had no crawfish !! Being from New Orleans I was so in the mood to taste crawfish but I only hard crabmeat and shrimp in mine. My totals was $37.37 for two items! I’ll probably never go back because of the lack of transparency. Now I know crawfish season ended a couple months ago but they could’ve easily used the frozen bags at Walmart they work just fine

Aye mane, say mane…we FINALLY found delicious food…i was gonna say cajun food but it’s the best food we have had here period in Denver…(cuz i get tired of cooking)..and it only took two years of trying different places…the Swamp Fries, OMG…so good…and they don’t skimp on anything…we also had the gumbo (the bowl was full but i forgot to take a pic) and the catfish…everything was good but those fries were the star…the King (from Chicago byway of Louisiana) and the Queen…were so nice and had excellent customer service…oh IT’S A FOOD TRUCK YALL…and you get the little buzzer thing that let’s you know when your order is ready…we will definitely be back again and again!! Oh and get the mango watermelon lemonade!!!

This is my first time at Taste Bud Bullies. I have to say you definitely get what you order, and more the food takes you to another place lol delicious! This food is classy and elegant. Would definitely recommend. We went tonight, and it was great. My friends had the poboys which they loved! I had the swamp fries and fried ocra.. so dang good. It isn’t spicy like traditional Noal Cuisine, but the flavor isn’t lacking! We all had leftovers.

I finally got to try taste bud bullies and they didn’t disappoint! I know what you’re thinking, catfish? in Colorado? But trust me, this is some of the best Cajun food in the country! Get the swamp fries with catfish. You won’t regret it!
