Taste is a nice restaurant & bar at the top of Paradise Point. We stopped here after the Sky Ride for a quick bite and some drinks. It offers breath-taking views of the island and giant sized games of Jenga and Connect 4. For food, we ordered the jerk chicken nachos. The cheese was canned cheddar cheese and I didn’t really taste any jerk seasoning on the chicken. The drinks were great though. We tried the famous Bushwacker and a frozen strawberry Daiquiri. Both were good. The Bushwacker is really strong so be sure to put something on your stomach first lol. Our server was very nice. They seem to have a decent menu but we didn’t try much. Definitely worth a visit for the views alone. There’s an 18% gratuity added to your ticket.

100% tourist trap.
Do not take the gondola up, it’s overpriced for what you get. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this is expensive by any standard. If you go at all, take a taxi, have one drink, and leave.
Food is very basic and overpriced, nothing culinary. Avoid their signature drink, not worth the money.
The view is incredible but just not worth the price.

The view is great. BUT YOU PAID FOR THESEIf you’re planning on having a bite to eat at the restaurant or having a beer, the service is absolutely horrendous. It took over 40 minutes to get served a beer and add that it wasn’t from the server at our table. We had to go to the bar and they were super rude as if we were disturbing them. Spend your money where the locals care about service and are not just feeding off tourist dollars.

Wonderful, wonderful people, amazing drinks, and an incredible view from the bar! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel at home. The highlight for me was the Bushwacker — perfectly blended, rich, and absolutely delicious. Sipping that drink while enjoying the beautiful view made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — we’ll definitely be back!

Go for the view, not for the food. Food was pitiful and absolutely disappointing. We ordered loaded nachos, what a joke. It was equivalent to ballpark nachos. Description said queso, but it was canned cheese. Very low quality. They were out of coconut shrimp and we were talked into getting the plantains. Saying it was the best. It was basically warm bananas with honey for lunch and very pitiful ballpark nachos. On top of that they automatically charge 18% gratuity for anything you order. So be prepared for that. We paid $50 for the worst lunch and were left feeling defeated. Go for the view. That was amazing, skip the food. I wouldn’t even get a drink again knowing they would charge gratuity on them!

Drinks were good. On the pricey side, but it’s a tourist location so it was as expected. Nice breeze, beautiful views. All in all, no complaints.

Never again. Food was mediocre, which I figured as such but the service sucked all around. I order beef nachos and wass brought jerk chicken nachos. Then the waitress got upset and said I had ordered chicken. She Obviously didn’t want to admit she messed up. Then if I tried to speak to anyone else, they act like they cant hear you or just straight up dont want to help you since they’re not your server. Wouldn’t recommend. Just save your appetite for something better on the island. Also very overpriced. You will definitely pay for the atmosphere only.

Great food and service. The mussels are excellent and the ribeye was cooked perfectly.
Of course it is probably the best view in town!
