I visited Taste Sushi in Magnolia Parke during their buy‑one‑get‑one half‑off happy hour with my best friend and her mom, and we had such a great time. I normally stick to cooked rolls, but today I decided to venture out and try some raw options and I’m so glad I did.
We ordered the Highroller, Sashimi Roll, Godzilla, and Nirvana rolls, and every single one was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The quality really stood out. We also shared a Sunomono salad, edamame, chicken wings, and spring rolls, which made the whole meal feel fun and varied. Everything came out hot, crisp, or chilled exactly the way it should.
I had jasmine tea with my meal, which paired perfectly and made the experience feel even more relaxing.
Overall, the food was amazing and the happy hour deal made it even better. I’d definitely come back especially now that I’ve discovered I actually do enjoy raw sushi.

We ordered the Clyde’s Club Sandwich meal to split. It was delicious and more than enough for us. As you can see in the photos there is a generous amount of meats. The spicy pickles on the side are so good. We have never been disappointed with the food or service.

I love visiting this sushi/pho place and always have an outstanding experience. The freshness of the fish is impeccable, and the rolls are beautifully crafted. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs are met. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. Oh my gosh we LOVED this place. My wife and I tried this place for the first time yesterday, and we were completely blown away by how great it was! The spring rolls were awesome. My wife loves sushi but she got a noodle bowl instead and she was in heaven. The amount of food they give you for the price is unreal. We are still eating on the leftovers. Note: the food tastes even better the next day.
We will DEFINITELY come back and we want to try different dishes.
So, I just want to say, I don’t remember our waitress’s name, but she was a young, tall, skinny red head and absolutely friendly and adorable. She helped make my wife and I have such a wonderful date night.

Excellent food, excellent service. This was our 2nd time here. Loved the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles and Veg Spring Rolls. Lots of vegetarian options. Loved the spice level, our waitress was super nice. Will definitely go back there next time we visit Gainesville

The food here is phenomenal, and the staff is always friendly. First of all, shout out to the guys who man the sushi bar, they have amazing skill and you can tell they take pride in their work. Every time I order a different roll I am left speechless at what they bring to the table, sometimes I don’t even want to eat the art they create! Definitely love their food and all of their variety when it comes to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (please excuse the bad pictures, I’m not the best photographer).
