Good food and nice to have a breakfast place in addition to lunch. Service was pretty good too. Four stars because they need more vegetarian lunch sandwiches and also take the bacon out of the spinach croissant, plenty of meat dishes are already available, so this would be best as another vegetarian option for breakfast, and honestly bacon doesn’t go with spinach anyway. Otherwise, I definitely still recommend.

A truly great Tuesday breakfast. Good menu, chef cooked my omelette exactly as I wanted; excellent string fries. Friendly and prompt service. Taste was recommended by a friend, but he said avoid Saturday mornings because it’s mobbed and I’d have to park a couple hundred yards away. But I strongly recommend it for weekdays!

The funnel cake French toast was amazing!! We had strawberry shortcake and loved it! Highly recommend.
The atmosphere is clean and spacious, making it easy to maneuver. Decor was modern and simple, not overwhelming, with some really fun lights! Overall, a pleasing aesthetic.
Bathrooms were less than expected in cleanliness and decor.
Service was fine. Could have been stepped up, but our needs were met. Nothing notable in either positive or negatives.

We were looking for a diner to stop at for lunch and this restaurant exceeded our expectations. Service was very friendly and the restaurant looked clean and modern.
Coffee and hot chocolate were delicious. I loved the turkey time eggs Benedict, as a fan of Thanksgiving food this take on eggs Benedict was executed perfectly. Hash browns were crispy yet not dry. Others had the breakfast sandwich and loved the croissant bread it came with. Everything is fairly priced as well. I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

What a fantastic find! We wanted breakfast at lunchtime and Taste did not disappoint. From the coffee and lemon water in the lobby, while you wait, to the great service and food, I recommend this place.
My friend and I both had eggs Benedict. She had the traditional, but mine was on a bed of hash, brown sweet potatoes with quinoa, onions, and peppers and then a drizzle of pesto over the top of my poached eggs and bacon strips. I never finish my plate, but I certainly finish this one. we can’t wait to go back and have something else because their food is just delicious. Kudos to the staff and cooks at Taste, well done!

This place is so dang good! I’ve never had eggs Benedict before, and got the one with pulled pork on sourdough. It was amazing! The red potatoes were so incredible too. Tammy was a great server!

Taste offered a perfect Monday breakfast experience. We had chorizo omelette and a classic breakfast with bacon. The dishes were simple but delicious. The toasts were buttery and the hash browns and bacons were crispy. Efficient and friendly service, soft music, and clean environment made this experience great. This is my second time here. The first one was on a weekend afternoon and the restaurant was packed. I believe it is getting popular here at Upper Valley.

Fabulous breakfast at Uvtaste in West Lebanon, NH. I had the burgerito with sweet potato homefries, and he had the pig pile scrambler with baked bean & rye toast. Shout out to our waitress who was apparently new to the establishment and took very good care of us. Both bloody and rasberry mimosa were perfect.

Wow, this was super yummy, it’s right off the highway, super easy to get to in West Lebanon. Portion sizes were huge, and the food tasted great. It’s also pretty much the only breakfast place that was open in that area, and I got a yummy beefy burrito and a Bloody Mary. The bloody Mary was supposed to come with bacon and it didn’t but the waitress brought us a couple slices of bacon each which you know kind of made up for it I would definitely recommend this especially if you’re traveling even if you live close by it’s worth a drive if you’re on the highway and you’re going north or south and you’re looking for something yummy I would definitely stop here.
