Had decent food first time we went…thought we’d try it again even though the middle aged blonde at the front had zero friendliness or concept of customer service..no greeting when we came in or left. Tonight the friendliness quotient was up but the food was atrocious. Probably the worst I’ve had since moving to the area. The steaks were flavorless and the texture was bad. The ravioli was like chunks of rubber. The service was marginal! An absolute waste of money!

My family loves this place! I get the corn nuggets every time! The calzone, tacos, Alfredo, pizza tenderloins… It’s all good! Only thing I don’t like is the “pay extra for one trip to the salad bar” as a side. It should be included with all meals we think. The French fries are also yummy! Good family place to eat! One of my personal favorites!

I did Not have a great experience eating at this place. 1. The customer service is atrocious, no greetings, the waitress made an error in my order. Never appologize for taking it incorrectly. 2. Once I received my order, hair was in my food, sent it back. The waitress, nor the cook or manager appologizes for the mishap for my experience at this restaurant. 3.I received the bill, and I was at least expecting something to be comped like no charge for my beverage, or even the meal my guess ate.

I was really dissatisfied with inadequate customer service, fallacious food quality control. But, more so the treatment I received from this establishment.

Had an Old Thrashers Burger it was very good. BBQ sauce was good. A unique twist on a burger. Staff friendly clean. Only thing negative the waitress thought the burger came with bacon. It didn’t. But was very good.

They really need to learn how to season their steaks. Burgers are good. Pizza is great. Staff members need to be more quiet when they are talking with other guests.Service needs some work yet.

Great food. Haven’t had something I didn’t like yet. Not the fastest service but still friendly and attentive. Good place to take the fam.

We had the onion rings and cheese balls for appetizers. The onion rings are the kind you can buy at wal-mart in the frozen foods section for about 2 dollars a bag. The cheese balls were the same. (we were charged around 7 or 8 dollars per each one)
We both ordered the House Rib Eye steaks, cooked medium well and both with a caesar side salad. My Girlfriend also had french fries and I choose the baked potato covered with chili. We asked that the salads be brought out when the steaks come out. Our waitresses name was Lorna.
Around 3 or 4 minutes after taking our food order, here comes Lorna with our salads. We reminded her that we requested they come out with our steaks, but here they are. Once a cesar salad is mixed with the dressing, it begins to wilt the lettuce pretty quick. The salad itself consisted of a portion of Romaine lettuce, a couple of rings of red onion and a few croutons, dressing and grated cheese. (nothing special or nice about that)
Our entrees arrived around 10 minutes later. By this time, the salads were wilted into the consistency of boiled spinach. Both steaks were cooked medium rare or less. (Both produced blood when cut). A ribeye steak is a cut of beef that I do not want cooked rare, it has an amount of fatty marbling and to cook it rare leaves the fat raw.
(one end of my steak actually appeared to be about medium, I don’t know how that happened)
The chili on top of my potato tasted very much like Hormel canned chili, it was definitely not homemade. The potato itself was cooked ok, but while eating it I wound up chewing on a piece of aluminum foil that it had been wrapped in while baking. The meal came with buttered texas toast, which was cold.
We ate what we could of our dinners and sat our plates aside for the waitress to pick up. Lorna came and took our plates and offered a variety of desserts, we both declined.
During our dinner, Lorna never came back to our table to refill our drinks, my Girlfriend actually took our glasses to the kitchen window area for refills.
The bill? $59.90
Around 4:30 the morning I woke up with a burning stomach and what follows that later in the day……
I rated it as Poor instead of terrible because it was at least clean inside.

I tried this restaurant since I love going to the Tasos in Oskaloosa. This place is not under the same management whatsoever. They buy cheaper food and higher poor help. I was going to give this place a chance again but after calling thus place and leaving a message to be called back for over 2 weeks, I gave up.
