Got all of this + a caramel latte and a sausage stuffed brioche.
As you may see/not see, the sausage stuffed brioche is already over because it was really good.
But my absolute favorite is the cranberry pecan scone with the lemon curd. So freaking delicious.
The service is really good too.
Overall one of the best places we’ve stumbled across here in New Orleans.

Came here for a king cake and it smelled delightful so I had to come back. Second visit is for working and a small team brunch. Food is delish, staff is lovely and this place is so cute. Indoor and outdoor seating. Street parking is not bad at all right now but may get tight if they are really busy.

Had a delicious coffee, cookie and side of bean salad here, served by a friendly and kind young man. Visit the beautiful Audubon park and then come here for your food and coffee fix!

My boyfriend used to come here for years when he lived in New Orleans. He brought my family during our visit and it was incredible. They have very fresh bread they bake themselves, a cozy atmosphere, very kind staff, and everything we ordered was exceptional. Definitely recommend this for a breakfast/brunch stop for anyone looking in Uptown. We will always come back when we’re in town! Absolutely wonderful!!

Tartine has the best food! Best customer service! When living in New Orleans this was a regular spot for me. I dream about the baked eggs in brioche!!! Now that I’ve moved they are my go to for shipping king cakes. I miss Tartine so much!

Y’all!!!! Oh, my gracious!!! I don’t know who is running this joint, but it is obviously someone’s realized dream! When I tell you that you can taste the love in every bite, I mean EVERY-SINGLE-BITE! I’m not one to venture outside of my comfort zone when it comes to restaurant food, so I didn’t. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and decided to avoid reading the details. Boy, was I pleased! Fluffy eggs, perfectly cut and cooked bacon, and pistou on ciabatta. These last two ingredients would have been a hard no for me. Apparently, I’ve never had a real and fresh ciabatta because this bread was the most amazing bread I’ve ever had in my life! And pistou? Uhhhh, no thanks. Have mercy! This tasted nothing like what I had imagined bright green mush would taste like. Heaven. It tastes like heaven

Tartine (Google definition: a slice of bread with a sweet or savory topping) is easy on the wallet, big on taste, full belly without the sluggish feeling you get after a heavy breakfast, must visit kinda place!

My kids were not as thrilled as I was, so I let them grab various fresh baked goods like the blondies, lemon poppyseed cake, and pumpkin loaf. They gobbled them down super fast! I did get a bite of the lemon poppyseed cake, and I instantly regretted not buying every slice they had. Crunchy outside, perfectly moist inside with great flavor. The cinnamon roll was pretty good, too!

10/10 RECOMMEND!

Nice place to grab some food for your breakfast. The atmosphere was amazing and service was good! I had the stuffed baguette and it was marvelous. The soup was also great, full of flavor.

Happy to recommend.

This was our first meal in New Orleans and it has definitely set the stage. Food was fresh and tasty, service was polite and helpful and location was perfect for us as it was a short walk to the zoo. People kept coming in to pick up king cakes so we decided to see what the fuss was about… one bite and we understood. Sugary ooey gooey goodness! Yum!

I left New Orleans, but I still find myself thinking about (and craving) Tartine’s grilled vegetable sandwich….. it’s THAT good! If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend it!
They also offer a variety of scone flavors that change daily, and they’re always delicious. Give it a shot! You won’t be disappointed!!!!
