We were staying in an Airbnb nearby, and based on the good reviews decided to order food to go for dinner after hiking. I called in the order on the way and it was ready when we arrived. We drove right past it the first time, missing the unobtrusive building tucked between two gas stations.

The space inside is small (4-5 tables for dining in). The outdoor space was not open, being late October.

The menu is not large but the pizza was fantastic. The pies are not huge, but possibly the best sauce I’ve ever tasted! We got pepperoni and chicken/broccoli. The reason there are only a few pieces in the photo is because we were so hungry and devoured it before getting a picture lol. The salads were large and a good value: my husband enjoyed the house salad and I had the burrata.

We had more than enough left over to enjoy for breakfast the next morning, as well as taking the final few slices along to eat for lunch on another hike. Highly recommend!

What a phenomenal experience. We drove a ways to get here for an unexpected fun concert pizza night and we could not have had a better time. The staff, food, and environment were simply wonderful and incredibly clean as well. Super friendly staff and the food was out of this world, topping it off with a truly homemade cannoli dip clearly made with fresh ricotta with house made pizzelles. Just incredible thank you guys for a wonderful night! Real food with real people and a great atmosphere.

Tartaglia’s Pizza is hands down the best pizza in New Hampshire. The brick-oven crust is absolute perfection. It was crispy, chewy, and full of flavor and the ingredients are incredibly fresh and delicious. Every pizza we tried was outstanding.

It’s a cozy little hole-in-the-wall and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly owner and her staff while waiting for our pickup order. You can tell they truly care about their food and their customers.

A quick tip: the pizzas are on the smaller side (I definitely over-ordered, but no one complained about the leftovers!), and since it’s a small operation, call well ahead if you’re placing a large order. This place is a gem and we’ll be back for sure the next time we’re in the area!

Tartaglia’s Pizza in New Hampshire is a gem, showcasing the owner’s authentic Italian training in every bite. The pizza is simply delicious, with a perfectly executed crust that boasts a slight, delightful crunch when enjoyed fresh at the restaurant. For the best experience, dine in, as the crust’s crispiness may soften in a takeout box. The white pizza and pepperoni are standouts, bursting with flavor and crafted with care. However, the Margherita pizza felt slightly skimpy on cheese, though its vibrant, savory sauce more than compensated. The staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a warm, welcoming vibe. The owner’s approachable nature adds a personal touch, making you feel right at home. The food comes out super fast. Tartaglia’s delivers an authentic Italian experience, blending traditional techniques with fresh ingredients. If you’re craving pizza with soul, this spot is a must-visit for an unforgettable meal.

If I could give this place six stars, I would. The vibe is incredible, they’re very laid back, welcoming, and have a large grassy outdoor area where dogs are allowed! It’s a small restaurant, but sometimes the small ones are the best!

I originally came just for a salad but ended up ordering that and the house special pizza. I’m so glad I did. The banana peppers, tomatoes, pepperoni, bacon, arugula, topped with extra virgin olive oil was incredible. It had this amazing depth a flavor that didn’t overpower the smoky, charred crust. Which I enjoyed every bite of!

The house salad was just as impressive. Savory salami, salty Parmigiano Reggiano, and a sweet, bright lemon-maple dressing that pulled it all together. Total flavor harmony!

Apparently I marked this spot on my ‘Want to Go’ list, and didn’t even realize it. Tartaglia’s Pizza is a hidden gem, and I will 100% be back.

My new and most favorite pizza spot
I can’t imagine being in the area and not stopping in to enjoy the Osceola pizza
Pizza. Ingredients were fresh, sausage not overly spicy, crust perfectly thin yet sturdy it absolutely reminded of my phenomenal pizza experience in Italy. Outdoor seating was spacious, clean & comfortable. Owner & staff were welcoming & friendly. Dessert was also yummy. Live music on Sunday was very enjoyable. I’m looking forward to returning.

What a gem!!! Happened upon Tartaglia’s while taking the exit for gas and could not have been more pleasantly surprised and delighted. Very clean, cozy, inviting space and super fresh yummy pizza baked right in front of you in the cheerfully tiled wood fire oven. The staff is so clearly deeply connected to the community, checking in on how neighbors are doing as they come in. Very loving energy and a joy to witness.

We just kept saying “mmm that’s very good!”, “wow that’s good” for like a couple of minutes!!! My friend wanted a slice, I ordered a full one and he was happy with my mistake lol

This place is awesome! Truly fantastic thin crust brick oven pizza. Really great atmosphere and lots of really nice out-door seating out back with lawn games, picnic table and patio chairs. The staff was incredibly friendly and the pizza came out in no less than 5 minutes. We got the cheese and bacon which were both delicious! I’d probably pass on getting the garlic knots (maybe add butter) but will absolutely be coming back again. Really great pizza spot you should absolutely check out!

Some of the best pizza you are gonna find in Northern New England! It’s a must stop if you want a real good wood fired pizza. This is coming from a guy who grew up on real pizza in the NY/NJ area. This is up there with some of my favorite pizza spots down in New Haven like Pepe’s and Modern pizza.
It’s a hidden gem off the exit and it’s cozy inside and out if dining there. If you are heading to or from the White Mountains make sure you put this on your list. Great stuff!
