We drove from NJ to Flushing to try the chicken rice noodle, no disappointment! The food is very tasty! Specially the lambs are so delicious and soft. The best lambs I’ve ever ate! You need to try it!

This was my first time trying out the cuisine and I would say the experience was not quite pleasant. Took the lamb Tandor and noodles.

First of all not sure if the cuisine was supposed to be like this or it was my tastebud, but I did not like it that much. The meat could use some good seasoning. Also I felt like the price was a little high.

For the noodles, it was average, nothing too extra ordinary.

We came here and were given excellent service by Niso. She is so helpful by explaining all the dishes. We had the special leghmen noodles, the lamb tandor kebab, and the special lamb naan. All of it was DELICIOUS! Fresh, homemade noodles and bread. The lamb was juicy and meaty. The sauces were tasty and you could specify your spice preference. 10/10!

A Xinjiang-style restaurant that provides roast whole lamb every weekend at 2 p.m. and the owner is super friendly.

Must-try: Lamp soup 羊肉汤, Uyghur Pilof 抓饭, lamb kebab 羊肉串

Recommendation: Roast Whole Lamb 烤全羊, Samsa 烤包子

Food: I always wanted try roast whole lamb but it is too expensive to afford a whole lamb. Luckily, this restaurant provides roast whole lamb during weekends and customers can order by parts. We ordered lamb rack. It is great! The owner recommended us to come around 2 next time as the lamb tastes even better when it comes fresh~ They provide sauces but it is not necessary for dipping. Lamp soup is high recommendes as a accompany dish of roast whole lamb. It cuts the grease of the roast whole lamb. Another recommendation is the juicy lamb kebab. My boyfriend like the Samsa. For me it is a bit dry. Our favorite is Uyghur Pilof. I guess they use suet to cook the rice that is why the rice is so delicious.

Parking: there is a small parking lot at the back of the restaurant with limited space. We did street parking 2-3 blocks away. Not too hard to find a spot during a busy weekend afternoon.

I love the lamb Tandor kebab very much. The lamb was super tender and juicy, super soft that melts in your mouth and full of flavor, definitely a must try for meat lovers! Highly recommend it.
I also love the Bean Jelly Salad. It goes so well with the kebab, the sauce is just amazing!

I’m obsessed with their special leghman! It was so delicious. We also had the cucumber which was refreshing and the polo. Lamb shish kebab was really good too. Can’t wait to come back again and try other dishes!

The food was absolutely delicious! My family came by on a whim, and we were very pleasantly surprised. We tried the liver shish kabobs, lamb shish kabobs, heart shish kabobs, dry fried noodles, and chicken. Of the dishes, the kebabs were so great we ordered 3 more times! And we ordered many more noodles than we were originally planning on!

The kebabs were just fantastic. Fresh, flavorful, not gamey at all. Most importantly the owner was very enthusiastic despite a spontaneous party of 9.

The service is rough, however it’s understandable considering the restaurant has only been open for 3 days. Highly recommend the food and will definitely be coming back!

Lamb by the pound is a lot of protein. The Lagman was okay. It’s definitely a different appetite than kebab. You may like it, but to me, I found this slow-cooked lamb with some regular spices. Nothing too special.

Went in for a Sunday night dinner with a friend. I was verbally affirmed that the meat was halal. My fav dish out of all was the lamb shish kabab. Nice and juicy and well seasoned! Unfortunately the braised lamb was extremely salty and gravy was hard to consume because of excess salt. Meat was a bit dry as well. Khazan kebab was not that good as I hoped. Was lots of onions a bit raw, a tiny bit of peppers, and some lamb. Samsa felt very old and the bottom of crust of inedibly hard. Special laghman was about 70% plus noodles. Tandor kebab is best served fresh. Night time it gets dry.

I wish the restaurant much success and hope thing’s get better.

I love cumin food with loads of spices and it’s hard to find a Uyghur restaurant. This place might be one of my new favorite places. I decided to order takeout to share with everyone else back home.

The samosas have a strong, savory lamb and onion taste. Best samosas ever and I’ve been around the block. I bought three but ended up eating two in the car because they were so good. I lied and told everyone else I only bought one samosa. And then I ate half of the last one as I split it with everyone else.

The big chicken plate was tender and had tons of spices.

And this lamb dish I got that I forgot the name of was extremely flavorful and had the chewiness I liked. It has these nan pieces at the bottom (which aren’t like normal Indian Pakistani nan, more like flatbread?”).

I also had the lamb kebabs which are more like traditional Chinese BBQ skewers but they were very good and meaty.

Food was 10/10 easily.

The restaurant was also very clean. It looked very new and the furniture and floors were polished.

The only other Uyghur restaurants I found were in Manhattan and the flushing new world mall, both of which are good but not as good as this place.
