GO!!!!!
I was excited after reading the menu and they did NOT disappoint.
The portions are very generous and the food is perfectly seasoned. I had the Za’Atar chicken with roasted veggies. The chicken was so flavorful and tender it just fell apart. The couscous was an added bonus cooked to perfection. This is hands down my new most favorite dining experience. I can’t wait to try the other menu items!!!
Besides the food being top notch the people who run this restaurant are some of the nicest in Knoxville. Huge shout out to Charlie who made my visit memorable. I can’t say enough nice things about how a lot of local restaurants could take a valuable lesson from this young man. He went above and beyond.
In a world where we pay $10-15 for subpar fast food you will never go wrong eating here. Fresh and absolute perfection!!! Thank you for being in Knoxville.

Wow Tarik always delivers the best delicious and nutritious food! We had hearty portions for lunch and can’t wait to go back to try the rest of the menu. They also allow BYOB with a corkage fee of $5.

We used Tarik’s catering service to provide a dinner for a full day circle dance workshop in Knoxville. Everyone absolutely raved about the beautiful and delicious food! All of our dietary constraints – vegetarian, vegan, gluten free – were very well taken care of, all of our dancers were very happy. The meal was delivered right on time and the buffet was set up very efficiently and professionally. We really appreciated the printed signs that clearly showed which dishes fit which diets. Highly recommended!!

This place is the best food in Knoxville! The food was absolutely phenomenal. We got the lamb chop entree and the harissa chicken special and both were amazing. The lamb chop fell right off the bone and the portion was good. The harissa chicken special was the best sandwich we’ve ever had! The service was also amazing as everyone was so friendly! 11/10

From the moment we walked in, the service at Tarik’s went above and beyond. The team radiated such positivity and warmth that it felt more like being welcomed by friends than dining out. The food was absolutely outstanding, some of the best North African cuisine I’ve ever had. Every dish was rich in flavor, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The management personally came out to greet every table, which made the whole experience even more special. I truly cannot recommend Tarik’s enough, an unforgettable dining experience all around!
